هذا المنصب هو أعلى مستوى لوظائف Account Executives في Salesforce، ويتطلب سجلًا مثبتًا وخبرة قيادية. ستعمل كـ Account Executive رئيسي لمجموعة من الحسابات أو العملاء المحتملين في السعودية، ضمن فريق افتراضي من متخصصي Cloud وخبراء الحلول والزملاء الداعمين. ستضع الرؤية والاستراتيجية لتنمية الإيرادات المرتبطة بهذه الحسابات سنويًا. التركيز على عملاء Salesforce في قطاعي الطاقة والتصنيع (الحاليين والمحتملين)، مع إدارة كل من الحسابات القائمة وبناء علاقات جديدة. يُعتبر هذا دورًا أساسيًا (Core Role) حيث تمتلك الرؤية والاستراتيجية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة لكل حساب، مع التركيز على منتجات Salesforce Core AI مثل Sales CRM.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دفع المبيعات في المنطقة المخصصة للسوق الجديد.
  • تقديم عروض Salesforce للعملاء الجدد داخل المنطقة المخصصة.
  • التواصل بقيمة Salesforce المقترحة لإغلاق الصفقات.
  • تحمل مسؤوليات إضافية عند الحاجة بسبب قيود الموارد.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خريج جامعي (University Graduate Calibre).
  • خبرة مبيعات ناجحة وقابلة للإحالة لا تقل عن 15 سنة، ويفضل في مبيعات البرمجيات.
  • معرفة وعلاقات داخل السوق السعودي (ميزة تنافسية).
  • حائز على رخصة قيادة محلية.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة.
  • لا توجد قيود على السفر دوليًا.
  • سجل مثبت في إنشاء المبيعات من خلال مهارات تطوير الأعمال الممتازة، تخطيط المنطقة، توليد خط الأنابيب، وإغلاق فرص برمجيات Cloud كبيرة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق افتراضية كبيرة لدعم الرؤية والاستراتيجية للحسابات.
  • خبرة في قطاعي الطاقة والتصنيع مع سجل نجاح في مبيعات البرمجيات على مدى 15 سنة.

To work in our Enterprise Business Sales team focussed on Salesforce’s Energy and Manufacturing existing and prospective clients in Saudi Arabia.

As Salesforce continues to accelerate its presence in region, this position will involve managing both existing customers and building new relationships with prospective clients

This position sits in the Core Sales team at Salesforce therefore, the ideal candidate would have proven credibility at managing large, virtual teams in support of the Vision and Strategy that they would create for their accounts.

The successful candidate will act and lead as the most Senior AE in this sector.

Increase revenue spend across a set of new and existing customers while building the Salesforce presence in the local market.

This role would be ideal for someone who has experience in Energy & Manufacturing with a proven track record of software sales over the last 15 years,About Team

This role sits in our Enterprise Business Sales unit which is the top tier of accounts within the company

The role would be known as a Core Role as the selected candidate would own the Vision, Strategy and Stakeholder Management in each account, primarily responsible for Salesforce Core AI products, such as Sales CRM but also working with Sales Account Executives responsible for other Salesforce Cloud Solutions to ultimately drive towards one growth target.Preferred Qualifications

University Graduate Calibre

At least 15 years of successful, referenceable Sales Experience, preferably in Software Sales

Knowledge and contacts within the Saudi Arabian market would be a competitive advantage

Has a local driving licence

Fluent in Arabic

Has no restrictions to travel internationally.

This is a mix of a New Business and an Existing Business Role rather than one of solely managing existing accounts. The preferred candidate will have a proven track record in creating sales through excellent business development skills, territory planning, pipeline generation and the closing of significant Cloud software opportunities.Key Responsibilities
