نحن في شركة نون نبحث عن رئيس قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT) للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للمساهمة في بناء وقيادة مدرسة ثانوية أمريكية جديدة. هذه فرصة نادرة لتشكيل برنامج أكاديمي متطور من الصفر، مع تصميم منهج جذاب وقائم على التقنيات الحديثة، بما في ذلك الذكاء الاصطناعي. قد يكون هذا الدور عن بعد أو هجيناً، ونبحث عن شخص يبدأ فوراً.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم منهج مادة ICT (وحدات، خطط دروس، تقييمات، واجبات منزلية) لمنصة نون التعليمية الهجينة، مع التركيز على الصفين التاسع والعاشر لعام 2026.
- قيادة وتدريب وتيسير عمل معلمي ICT الآخرين في تقديم المحتوى.
- تدريس فصل واحد من دروس ICT عبر الإنترنت (بدءاً من أغسطس) بما يتوافق مع المنهج ومخرجات التعلم.
- تصميم وتحسين الدروس والمواد التعليمية بشكل مستمر.
- استخدام الأدوات التعليمية الرقمية (EdTech) لتعزيز المشاركة والتفريق والتعلم التفاعلي.
- التعاون مع الفريق الأوسع لتحسين المنهج وطرق التقديم ورحلة التعلم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في تصميم منهج ICT للمدارس الثانوية الأمريكية وفق معايير CCSS.
- خبرة في تصميم و/أو تقديم منهج ICT لطلاب قد تكون الإنجليزية لغتهم الثانية.
- مؤهل تدريسي معترف به (بكالوريوس/ماجستير في التخصص، TESOL، CELTA، أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المجال.
- القدرة على العمل بدوام كامل من الأحد إلى الخميس (GMT+3)، مع مرونة في العمل نصف يوم الأحد ونصف يوم الجمعة إذا كان ذلك أفضل.
- خبرة في تدريس مجموعات عبر الإنترنت تضم 5 طلاب أو أكثر.
- متحدث أصلي للغة الإنجليزية من دولة ناطقة بالإنجليزية (مثل الولايات المتحدة، المملكة المتحدة، جنوب أفريقيا، أستراليا).
- اتصال إنترنت موثوق وإعداد فيديو احترافي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام بأدوات ومنصات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتقنيات التعليمية الناشئة في تدريس ICT.
- إجادة اللغة العربية.
- خبرة في تصميم و/أو تقديم منهج ICT ضمن سياق إسلامي.

Role Overview We’re hiring an exceptional Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to help build and lead a new American high school offering in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a rare opportunity to help shape an academic program from the ground up - designing a rigorous, engaging, and tech-enabled ICT program while helping redefine the future of excellent teaching.
The head of ICT will own the end-to-end development of the ICT program, including curriculum design, instructional approach, assessment, pacing, and teacher support, while also directly teaching one of the courses. This is not a traditional “plug-and-play” teaching role. We operate a highly interactive hybrid learning model that combines world-class remote teachers, in-class facilitators, and technology-enabled learning. For ICT, in particular, we want to build a future-forward curriculum exploring cutting-edge developments in AI and other technology.
Note that this role may be remote; relocation is not required.
What You’ll Do
The head of ICT will own the end-to-end development of the ICT program, including curriculum design, instructional approach, assessment, pacing, and teacher support, while also directly teaching one of the courses. What You’ll Do
- Design ICT course including its curriculum (units, lesson plans, assessments, homework, etc.) for Noon’s hybrid teaching platform. We are launching with Grade 9 and 10 in Fall of 2026 so those grade levels will be the immediate priorities between now and August.
- Lead, train, and facilitate other ICT teachers in delivering the content.
- Deliver one section of the online ICT lessons (beginning in August) aligned to our curriculum and learning outcomes
- Design, adapt, and improve lessons and materials on an ongoing basis
- Use EdTech and digital tools to drive engagement, differentiation, and participation
- Collaborate with the wider team to refine curriculum, delivery methods, and learning journeys
- Experience designing International American high school ICT curriculum aligned to CCSS standards
- Experience designing and/or delivering ICT curriculum for students for whom English may be a second language
- Recognized teaching qualification (BA/MA in subject area, TESOL, CELTA, etc.)
- 5+ Years of experience
- Able to work full-time Sunday to Thursday (GMT +3). [There may be flexibility to work a half-day Sunday morning & half-day Friday if preferable to working Sunday.]
- Experience teaching online groups of 5+ students
- Native English speaker from English-speaking country (e.g., US, UK, South Africa, Australia)
- Reliable internet and a professional video setup
- Familiarity with AI or emerging EdTech tools and resources in teaching ICT
- Arabic language ability
- Experience designing and/or delivering ICT curriculum within a Muslim context
- Someone who feels up for the challenging of designing & delivering an excellent ICT curriculum for Grade 9 and 10 by August 2026
- Someone who feels comfortable owning ICT program development, teacher training, and course delivery end-to-end.
- Someone who is passionate about shaping the future of education and is excited to incorporate cutting-edge technological tools and methodologies into teaching.
