نبحث عن رئيس استثنائي لقسم اللغة الإنجليزية (ELA) للمساعدة في بناء وقيادة برنامج ثانوي أمريكي جديد في المملكة العربية السعودية. ستتولى تطوير البرنامج من الألف إلى الياء، بما في ذلك تصميم المناهج والأساليب التعليمية والتقييمات ودعم المعلمين، مع التدريس المباشر لإحدى المواد. نعتمد نموذجاً تعليمياً هجيناً تفاعلياً يجمع بين معلمين عن بُعد من الطراز العالمي ومنسقين داخل الفصل وتقنيات التعلم. يمكن أن يكون الدور عن بُعد (لا يشترط الانتقال).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم منهج اللغة الإنجليزية (ELA) بما في ذلك الوحدات وخطط الدروس والتقييمات والواجبات لمنصة نون التعليمية الهجينة، مع التركيز على الصفين التاسع والعاشر (البدء في خريف 2026).
- قيادة وتدريب وتيسير عمل معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية الآخرين في تقديم المحتوى.
- تقديم حصة واحدة من دروس اللغة الإنجليزية عبر الإنترنت (بدءاً من أغسطس) وفقاً للمنهج ونتائج التعلم.
- تصميم وتحسين الدروس والمواد بشكل مستمر.
- استخدام الأدوات التقنية التعليمية (EdTech) لتعزيز المشاركة والتمايز.
- التعاون مع الفريق الأوسع لتطوير المناهج وطرق التقديم ورحلات التعلم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
خبرة في تصميم منهج اللغة الإنجليزية للمرحلة الثانوية الأمريكية بما يتوافق مع معايير CCSS. خبرة في تصميم و/أو تقديم منهج ELA لطلاب قد تكون الإنجليزية لغتهم الثانية. مؤهل تدريسي معترف به (بكالوريوس/ماجستير في التخصص، TESOL، CELTA، إلخ). خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات. القدرة على العمل بدوام كامل من الأحد إلى الخميس (GMT+3) مع مرونة محتملة. خبرة في تدريس مجموعات عبر الإنترنت تضم 5 طلاب فأكثر. متحدث أصلي للغة الإنجليزية من بلد ناطق بها (مثل الولايات المتحدة والمملكة المتحدة وجنوب أفريقيا وأستراليا). اتصال إنترنت موثوق وإعداد فيديو احترافي. نبحث عن شخص يشعر بالتحدي لتصميم وتقديم منهج ELA ممتاز للصفين التاسع والعاشر بحلول أغسطس 2026، ويشعر بالراحة في امتلاك تطوير البرنامج وتدريب المعلمين وتقديم المادة بالكامل، وشغوف بتشكيل مستقبل التعليم ومتحمس لدمج الأدوات التكنولوجية الحديثة في التدريس.

We’re hiring an exceptional Head of English Language Arts (ELA) to help build and lead a new American high school offering in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a rare opportunity to help shape an academic program from the ground up - designing a rigorous, engaging, and tech-enabled ELA program while helping redefine the future of excellent teaching.
The head of ELA will own the end-to-end development of the ELA program, including curriculum design, instructional approach, assessment, pacing, and teacher support, while also directly teaching one of the courses. This is not a traditional “plug-and-play” teaching role. We operate a highly interactive hybrid learning model that combines world-class remote teachers, in-class facilitators, and technology-enabled learning.
Note that this role may be remote; relocation is not required.

What You’ll Do
- Design ELA course including its curriculum (units, lesson plans, assessments, homework, etc.) for Noon’s hybrid teaching platform. We are launching with Grade 9 and 10 in Fall of 2026 so those grade levels will be the immediate priorities between now and August.
- Lead, train, and facilitate other ELA teachers in delivering the content.
- Deliver one section of the online ELA lessons (beginning in August) aligned to our curriculum and learning outcomes
- Design, adapt, and improve lessons and materials on an ongoing basis
- Use EdTech and digital tools to drive engagement, differentiation, and participation
- Collaborate with the wider team to refine curriculum, delivery methods, and learning journeys
- Experience designing International American high school ELA curriculum aligned to CCSS standards
- Experience designing and/or delivering ELA curriculum for students for whom English may be a second language
- Recognized teaching qualification (BA/MA in subject area, TESOL, CELTA, etc.)
- 5+ Years of experience
- Able to work full-time Sunday to Thursday (GMT +3). [There may be flexibility to work a half-day Sunday morning & half-day Friday if preferable to working Sunday.]
- Experience teaching online groups of 5+ students
- Native English speaker from English-speaking country (e.g., US, UK, South Africa, Australia)
- Reliable internet and a professional video setup
- Familiarity with AI or emerging EdTech tools and resources in teaching ELA
- Arabic language ability
- Experience designing and/or delivering ELA curriculum within a Muslim context
- Someone who feels up for the challenging of designing & delivering an excellent ELA curriculum for Grade 9 and 10 by August 2026
- Someone who feels comfortable owning ELA program development, teacher training, and course delivery end-to-end.
- Someone who is passionate about shaping the future of education and is excited to incorporate cutting-edge technological tools and methodologies into teaching.
