نبذة عن الوظيفة
فرصة نادرة للمساهمة في تصميم برنامج أكاديمي من الصفر - تصميم منهج ELA صارم وجذاب ومُعزّز بالتكنولوجيا، مع إعادة تعريف مستقبل التدريس المتميز. سيتولى رئيس ELA التطوير الكامل لبرنامج ELA بما في ذلك تصميم المنهج والنهج التعليمي والتقييم والتوقيت ودعم المعلمين، بالإضافة إلى تدريس إحدى المواد مباشرة. نحن نعمل بنموذج تعلم هجين تفاعلي عالي المستوى يجمع بين معلمين عن بُعد من الطراز العالمي، وميسرين داخل الفصل، وتعلم مُعزّز بالتكنولوجيا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم مقرر ELA بما في ذلك المنهج (الوحدات، خطط الدروس، التقييمات، الواجبات المنزلية، إلخ) لمنصة نون التعليمية الهجينة. ننطلق بالصفين التاسع والعاشر في خريف 2026، لذا ستكون هذه الصفوف أولوية فورية حتى أغسطس.
- قيادة وتدريب وتيسير عمل معلمي ELA الآخرين في تقديم المحتوى.
- تقديم قسم واحد من دروس ELA عبر الإنترنت (بدءًا من أغسطس) بما يتوافق مع المنهج ونتائج التعلم.
- تصميم وتكييف وتحسين الدروس والمواد بشكل مستمر.
- استخدام أدوات EdTech والرقمية لتعزيز المشاركة والتمييز والتفاعل.
- التعاون مع الفريق الأوسع لتحسين المنهج وطرق التقديم ومسارات التعلم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في تصميم منهج ELA للمرحلة الثانوية الأمريكية الدولية بما يتوافق مع معايير CCSS.
- خبرة في تصميم و/أو تقديم منهج ELA للطلاب الذين قد تكون الإنجليزية لغة ثانية لهم.
- مؤهل تدريس معترف به (بكالوريوس/ماجستير في التخصص، TESOL، CELTA، إلخ).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- القدرة على العمل بدوام كامل من الأحد إلى الخميس (GMT+3)، مع مرونة في العمل نصف يوم الأحد صباحًا ونصف يوم الجمعة إذا كان ذلك أفضل من العمل يوم الأحد.
- خبرة في تدريس مجموعات عبر الإنترنت تضم 5+ طلاب.
- متحدث أصلي للغة الإنجليزية من دولة ناطقة بالإنجليزية (مثل الولايات المتحدة، المملكة المتحدة، جنوب أفريقيا، أستراليا).
- اتصال إنترنت موثوق وإعداد فيديو احترافي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام بأدوات وموارد الذكاء الاصطناعي أو EdTech الناشئة في تدريس ELA.
- إجادة اللغة العربية.

Role Overview
We’re hiring an exceptional Head of English Language Arts (ELA) to help build and lead a new American high school offering in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a rare opportunity to help shape an academic program from the ground up - designing a rigorous, engaging, and tech-enabled ELA program while helping redefine the future of excellent teaching.
The head of ELA will own the end-to-end development of the ELA program, including curriculum design, instructional approach, assessment, pacing, and teacher support, while also directly teaching one of the courses. This is not a traditional “plug-and-play” teaching role. We operate a highly interactive hybrid learning model that combines world-class remote teachers, in-class facilitators, and technology-enabled learning.
Note that this role may be remote; relocation is not required.

What You’ll Do
- Design ELA course including its curriculum (units, lesson plans, assessments, homework, etc.) for Noon’s hybrid teaching platform. We are launching with Grade 9 and 10 in Fall of 2026 so those grade levels will be the immediate priorities between now and August.
- Lead, train, and facilitate other ELA teachers in delivering the content.
- Deliver one section of the online ELA lessons (beginning in August) aligned to our curriculum and learning outcomes
- Design, adapt, and improve lessons and materials on an ongoing basis
- Use EdTech and digital tools to drive engagement, differentiation, and participation
- Collaborate with the wider team to refine curriculum, delivery methods, and learning journeys
- Experience designing International American high school ELA curriculum aligned to CCSS standards
- Experience designing and/or delivering ELA curriculum for students for whom English may be a second language
- Recognized teaching qualification (BA/MA in subject area, TESOL, CELTA, etc.)
- 5+ Years of experience
- Able to work full-time Sunday to Thursday (GMT +3). [There may be flexibility to work a half-day Sunday morning & half-day Friday if preferable to working Sunday.]
- Experience teaching online groups of 5+ students
- Native English speaker from English-speaking country (e.g., US, UK, South Africa, Australia)
- Reliable internet and a professional video setup
- Familiarity with AI or emerging EdTech tools and resources in teaching ELA
- Arabic language ability
- Experience designing and/or delivering ELA curriculum within a Muslim context
- Someone who feels up for the challenging of designing & delivering an excellent ELA curriculum for Grade 9 and 10 by August 2026
- Someone who feels comfortable owning ELA program development, teacher training, and course delivery end-to-end.
- Someone who is passionate about shaping the future of education and is excited to incorporate cutting-edge technological tools and methodologies into teaching.
