تعلن شركة نون (Noon Academy)، المنصة التعليمية الرائدة في الشرق الأوسط، عن توفر وظيفة مصمم تجارب تعلم (منهج أمريكي) للعمل عن بُعد في منطقة الرياض. تهدف الشركة إلى تحويل تجربة الفصول الدراسية عبر التعلم الجماعي والذكاء الاصطناعي، وتضم أكثر من 12 مليون طالب ومعلم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم تجارب تعلم متكاملة تشمل النطاق والتسلسل، خطط الوحدات، خطط الدروس، التقييمات، والفحوصات التكوينية بما يتوافق مع مخرجات تعلم نون.
- تطوير استراتيجيات التقييم ومعايير التقييم (rubrics) التي تقيس الإتقان وتغذي التحسينات المتكررة للمحتوى والتعليم.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق المنتج والهندسة لترجمة التصميمات التربوية إلى تجارب رقمية قابلة للتطوير وضمان جودة تدفقات التعلم في المنصة.
- ضمان توطين الموارد التعليمية من حيث اللغة والعوامل السياقية الأخرى.
- إجراء نماذج أولية سريعة واختبارات مستخدم مع الطلاب والمعلمين للتحقق من قرارات التصميم وتحسين التفاعل والمكاسب التعليمية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم، التكنولوجيا، الهندسة، الرياضيات، الفنون، التربية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تصميم تجارب تعلم رقمية أو مدمجة لمرحلة المدرسة الثانوية (High School).
- خبرة موضوعية في تدريس العلوم، الرياضيات، أو اللغة الإنجليزية (ELA).
- خبرة مثبتة في كتابة خطط الدروس، التقييمات، وأدلة الميسرين بناءً على أهداف التعلم والممارسات القائمة على الأدلة.
- فهم قوي للتقييم التكويني، تصميم التغذية الراجعة، واستراتيجيات التفريق للفصول الدراسية ذات القدرات المختلطة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي باللغة الإنجليزية؛ القدرة على إنتاج محتوى واضح موجه للمتعلمين ووثائق موجهة للمعلمين.

Role Summary

What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end learning experiences including scope & sequence, unit plans, lesson plans, assessments, and formative checks aligned to Noon learning outcomes.
- Develop assessment strategies and rubrics that measure mastery and inform iterative improvements to content and instruction.
- Work closely with product and engineering to translate pedagogical designs into scalable digital experiences and to QA learning flows in the platform.
- Ensure learning resources are localised for language and other contextual factors.
- Run rapid prototyping and user testing with students and teachers to validate design decisions and improve engagement and learning gains.
- Train and support teachers and facilitators on new materials, pedagogical approaches, and use of EdTech tools to enable high-fidelity implementation.
- Use data and qualitative feedback to iterate on curriculum and content, driving continuous improvement cycles.
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Arts, Education, or a related field.
- 3+ years designing digital or blended learning experiences for High School grades.
- Subject matter expertise in teaching Sciences, Math, or ELA.
- Proven experience writing lesson plans, assessments, and facilitator guides informed by learning objectives and evidence-based practices.
- Strong understanding of formative assessment, feedback design, and differentiation strategies for mixed-ability classrooms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to produce clear learner-facing content and teacher-facing documentation.
- Able to work remotely and collaborate across time zones (GMT +3 overlap preferred).
- Experience in delivering the American Curriculum at international schools.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled instructional tools, adaptive learning systems, or analytics-driven personalisation.
- Prior teaching experience in hybrid or online classrooms.
- Arabic language ability or experience working in the Middle East educational context.
- A pragmatic designer who balances rigour and creativity to build learning experiences that are measurable, scalable, and delightful for learners.
- A collaborative partner who can work closely with teachers, engineers and product teams to bring ideas into production.
- An evidence-led practitioner who uses data and user feedback to iterate quickly and improve outcomes.
- Ideal for: Instructional designers or learning experience designers who thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and enjoy building for scale.
- Not for: Those who prefer narrow, specialist roles without cross-functional collaboration or iterative product-style development.
