We're Hiring: School Lead

At Noon, we're looking for a School Lead to drive operational excellence, enhance student outcomes, and lead field teams across our partner schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor school performance metrics, including attendance, assignment completion, and exam readiness.
• Support and develop supervisors through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Build strong relationships with school leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure a high-quality student experience through regular classroom observations and engagement.
• Lead school events, parent councils, and operational initiatives.
• Identify challenges, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of educational leadership experience as a Vice Principal, Assistant Principal, Academic Supervisor, School Leader, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action plans.
• Experience working directly with students, educators, and school leadership teams.
