تعلن شركة STATS Group عن توفر وظيفة فني كهربائي (Electrical Technician) في منطقة القصيم، المملكة العربية السعودية. تهدف الوظيفة إلى ضمان التشغيل الموثوق والصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال لجميع الأنظمة الكهربائية في ورشة التصنيع، بما في ذلك ماكينات CNC وأفران المعالجة الحرارية ومعدات اللحام والآلات الثقيلة، مع تقليل وقت التوقف وضمان إنتاج آمن وفعّال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية في الورشة.
- تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية في ماكينات CNC، وأفران المعالجة الحرارية، وماكينات اللحام، وغيرها من معدات التصنيع.
- فحص وصيانة وإصلاح اللوحات الكهربائية، ومراكز التحكم في المحركات (MCCs)، والمحولات، وأنظمة توزيع الطاقة.
- تنفيذ أعمال الأسلاك والإنهاءات وتمديد الكابلات وتركيب المكونات الكهربائية.
- ضمان سلامة أنظمة التأريض والحماية ووظائفها.
- تشخيص وحل المشكلات الكهربائية/التحكمية في ماكينات CNC (VTL, HBM) مثل المحركات والمشفرات والحساسات والمفاتيح الحدية ودوائر التحكم.
- مراقبة إنذارات CNC وإجراء الصيانة التصحيحية لاستعادة التشغيل بسرعة، والمساعدة في تركيب وتشغيل وترقية ماكينات CNC.
- تشغيل وصيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية لأفران المعالجة الحرارية (التلدين، تخفيف الإجهاد، المعالجة الحرارية بعد اللحام PWHT).
- مراقبة واستكشاف أعطال أنظمة التحكم في درجة الحرارة، والمزدوجات الحرارية، وعناصر التسخين، ولوحات التحكم، وضمان عمل مسجلات الحرارة وأنظمة تسجيل البيانات.
- دعم معايرة المزدوجات الحرارية وأجهزة قياس درجة الحرارة، والتنسيق مع فرق ضمان الجودة لضمان أداء الفرن وفقاً للمتطلبات.
- الاستجابة الفورية للأعطال الكهربائية لتقليل وقت التوقف، وإجراء تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- تنفيذ جداول الصيانة الوقائية لجميع الأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية.
- اتباع إجراءات السلامة الكهربائية بما في ذلك القفل/الوسم (LOTO)، وضمان العزل الآمن قبل العمل على المعدات، واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية المناسبة.
- ضمان ظروف عمل آمنة حول الأفران (مناطق الحرارة العالية، الكابلات، اللوحات)، والإبلاغ الفوري عن الظروف غير الآمنة والحوادث الوشيكة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو دورة تقنية في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة 5 سنوات في الصيانة الكهربائية في مجال التصنيع الثقيل أو الصلب أو الصناعات التحويلية.
- خبرة عملية أساسية مع ماكينات CNC وأفران المعالجة الحرارية.
- إكمال الدورات التدريبية الداخلية التالية: التدريب الأساسي على أدوات STATS، المناولة اليدوية، الإبلاغ عن الحوادث الوشيكة، مكافحة الرشوة والفساد، الوعي باللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR)، الوعي بمواد خطرة (COSHH).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأعطال والتحليل.
- القدرة على التعامل مع حالات الأعطال تحت ضغط عالٍ.
- مهارات جيدة في التنسيق والتواصل.
- وعي عالٍ بالسلامة والانضباط.

Job Purpose

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on workshop electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in CNC machines, heat treatment furnaces, welding machines, and other fabrication equipment.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical panels, MCCs, transformers, and power distribution systems.
- Execute wiring, termination, cable routing, and installation of electrical components.
- Ensure proper earthing/grounding and protection systems are in place and functional.
- CNC Machine Support.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical/control issues in CNC machines (VTL, HBM).
- Troubleshoot drives, motors, encoders, sensors, limit switches, and control circuits.
- Monitor CNC alarms and perform corrective maintenance to restore operations quickly.
- Assist in CNC machine installation, commissioning, and upgrades.
- Heat Treatment Furnace Maintenance.
- Operate and maintain electrical systems of heat treatment furnaces (annealing, stress relieving, PWHT, etc.).
- Monitor and troubleshoot temperature control systems, thermocouples, heating elements, and control panels.
- Ensure proper functioning of temperature controllers, recorders, and data logging systems.
- Support calibration of thermocouples and temperature monitoring instruments.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure furnace performance meets process and code requirements.
- Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical systems and equipment.
- Follow electrical safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- Ensure safe isolation before working on equipment.
- Use appropriate PPE when working on high-temperature furnaces and electrical systems.
- Ensure safe working conditions around furnaces (high heat zones, cables, panels).
- Report unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents immediately.

- Ability to handle high-pressure breakdown situations.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- High safety awareness and discipline.
