سيتولى مدير سلسلة التوريد قيادة وظيفة سلسلة التوريد الشاملة لقطع الغيار لعلامتي BYD وDenza في المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك التنبؤ بالطلب وتخطيط المخزون وإعادة التوريد والكفاءة التشغيلية عبر مركز التوزيع المركزي وجميع الفروع. يشغل هذا المنصب دور الواجهة الرئيسية لسلسلة التوريد مع الشركة المصنعة الأصلية (OE) في المملكة، وله تأثير تجاري مباشر على ربحية ما بعد البيع وتوافر القطع وتجربة العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استراتيجية سلسلة التوريد والتخطيط: تحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجية سلسلة التوريد لقطع الغيار لعلامتي BYD وDenza في المملكة، بما في ذلك التنبؤ ودورات إعادة التوريد ومعايير التخزين وإدارة التقادم.
- بناء نماذج تنبؤ الطلب وصيانتها بما يتوافق مع نمو أسطول المركبات والموسمية والحملات ودورات الضمان.
- تحديد أهداف المخزون عبر مركز التوزيع المركزي والفروع لتحسين معدلات التلبية والتوافر ورأس المال العامل.
- إدارة المخزون والعمليات: إدارة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمخزون مثل دوران المخزون ونسبة التلبية من أول اختيار ونسبة الطلبات المتراكمة والمخزون القديم ومخصصات التقادم.
- تحسين دقة المخزون من خلال الجرد الدوري وإجراءات الحوكمة والانضباط في نظام ERP.
- توحيد عمليات قطع الغيار في الفروع، ودورات إعادة التوريد، وعمليات الطلب الطارئ (VOR)، وإدارة الطلبات العاجلة.
- إدارة المصنع الأصلي والموردين: العمل كممثل رئيسي للشركة في المملكة مع فرق سلسلة التوريد في BYD HQ فيما يتعلق بالطلبات والتخصيصات والتزامات التوريد.
- إدارة دورات طلب المصنع الأصلي ومسارات التصعيد وحل النقص أو اضطرابات التوريد.
- التفاوض على شروط التوريد ومراجعات الأسعار والتزامات مستوى الخدمة مع المصنع الأصلي والموردين الخارجيين.
- المستودعات والخدمات اللوجستية: الإشراف على الخدمات اللوجستية الداخلية والخارجية، والتخليص الجمركي، وتحسين الشحن، والتوزيع في الميل الأخير إلى الفروع.
- تعزيز إنتاجية المستودعات وتحسين تخطيط المساحة والالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- التقارير والتحليلات: تقديم مراجعات أداء سلسلة التوريد الشهرية لإدارة ما بعد البيع والعلامة التجارية.
- بناء لوحات بيانات تغطي صحة المخزون وأداء طلبات المصنع الأصلي وتوافر القطع في الفروع.
- إدارة أصحاب المصلحة: التعاون مع أقسام ما بعد البيع والخدمات والمبيعات والمالية وتقنية المعلومات لمواءمة قرارات سلسلة التوريد مع الأولويات التجارية.
- دعم افتتاح الفروع الجديدة وتوسعات العلامات التجارية والاستعداد لإطلاق المنتجات من منظور قطع الغيار.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص سلسلة التوريد أو الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة. يفضل ماجستير إدارة الأعمال أو شهادة في سلسلة التوريد مثل CPIM أو CSCP.
- خبرة تتراوح بين 13 و20 عامًا في سلسلة التوريد لقطع غيار السيارات، مع خبرة قوية في مركز التوزيع المركزي وعمليات الفروع وإدارة المصنع الأصلي.
- سجل حافل في إنشاء أو تحويل عمليات قطع الغيار عبر شبكات وكلاء متعددة الفروع.
- معرفة عملية قوية بأنظمة ERP للسيارات وأدوات ذكاء الأعمال (BI).
- يفضل بشدة خبرة سابقة في سوق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي أو المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- عقلية تجارية وتحليلية قوية مع فهم عميق لاقتصاديات قطع غيار السيارات.

Overview Of The Role
The Supply Chain Manager will lead the end-to-end Parts supply chain function for BYD & Denza brands across KSA, owning forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and operational efficiency across the Central Distribution Center and all branch locations. The role carries direct commercial impact on Aftersales profitability, parts availability, and customer experience, and acts as the primary KSA supply chain interface with the OE principal. This is a senior leadership role critical to scaling BYD & Denza's Aftersales footprint in the Kingdom.

Overview Of The Role

What You Will Do
Supply Chain Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute the Parts supply chain strategy for BYD & Denza in KSA, covering forecasting, replenishment cycles, stocking norms, and obsolescence management.
- Build and maintain demand forecasting models aligned to vehicle parc growth, seasonality, campaigns, and warranty cycles.
- Set inventory targets across CDC and branches to optimize fill rates, availability, and working capital.
- Govern core inventory KPIs including stock turn, first-pick fill rate, back-order ratio, aging stock, and obsolescence provisions.
- Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, governance routines, and ERP discipline.
- Standardize branch parts operations, replenishment cycles, VOR processes, and emergency order management.
- Act as the primary KSA counterpart to BYD HQ supply chain teams for ordering, allocations, and supply commitments.
- Manage OE order cycles, escalation routes, and resolution of shortages or supply disruptions.
- Negotiate supply terms, pricing reviews, and service-level commitments with OE and third-party vendors.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, customs clearance, freight optimization, and last-mile distribution to branches.
- Drive warehouse productivity, layout optimization, and adherence to safety, quality, and HSE standards.
- Deliver monthly supply chain performance reviews to Aftersales and brand leadership.
- Build dashboards covering inventory health, OE order performance, and branch availability.
- Partner with Aftersales, Service, Sales, Finance, and IT to align supply chain decisions with commercial priorities.
- Support new branch openings, brand expansions, and product launch readiness from a parts perspective.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with deep understanding of automotive parts economics
- Hands-on inventory planning and demand forecasting capability
- Proven OE/principal stakeholder management at HQ level
- Operational excellence orientation across CDC and branch operations
- Advanced ERP and BI tools usage (SAP, Oracle, Kerridge, Power BI)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Negotiation, problem solving, and decision making under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline. MBA or supply chain certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
- 13-20 years of experience in automotive Parts supply chain, with strong exposure across CDC, branch operations, and OE management.
- Proven track record of establishing or transforming parts operations across multi-branch dealer networks.
- Strong working knowledge of automotive ERP systems and BI reporting tools.GCC or KSA market experience strongly preferred.
