Job Purpose:
To supervise workers' accommodation and ensure a safe, healthy, and well-organized living environment. The role is responsible for overseeing residents' affairs, ensuring compliance with accommodation rules and company policies, promoting employee well-being, and safeguarding company assets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily supervision of the accommodation facilities and ensure their readiness and safety.
- Monitor the cleanliness of rooms and common areas and coordinate with the relevant departments to address any issues.
- Receive and allocate accommodation for new employees according to approved procedures.
- Maintain and update accommodation records and monitor occupancy, arrivals, and departures.
- Ensure compliance with accommodation regulations and internal rules and address any violations.
- Raise maintenance requests, follow up on their completion, and ensure the quality of work performed.
- Receive residents' complaints and feedback and resolve them or escalate them to the relevant department when necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, health, and safety standards.
- Monitor security and safety requirements and report any incidents or potential risks.
- Prepare periodic reports on accommodation conditions, occupancy rates, and operational needs.
- Safeguard accommodation assets and company property and ensure their proper use.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma as a minimum requirement; a diploma or bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in accommodation supervision, facility management, or support services.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office programs.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
