المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد خطة الصيانة طويلة الأجل
- مراقبة وجمع البيانات من النظام لمراجعتها من قبل الإدارة
- تقديم حلول لتحسين استخدام الموارد
- تقديم المدخلات اللازمة لإعداد ميزانية الصيانة لجميع المصانع
- مراجعة الإنفاق الفعلي مقابل الإنفاق المدرج في الميزانية للصيانة والتوصية بالإجراءات اللازمة لتقليل الانحرافات
- إعداد تقرير شهري يسلط الضوء على خطط العمل والنشاطات الرئيسية المنجزة، وحضور اجتماعات قسم الصيانة الدورية
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لقسم تخطيط الصيانة مقابل الأهداف
- مراجعة وتقديم تخطيط القوى العاملة
- متابعة القضايا المتعلقة بالتخطيط مع أقسام العمليات والخدمات وقسم الصيانة في الشركة
- جميع المهام الأخرى المكلف بها
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة مع 10+ سنوات خبرة في صيانة النفط والغاز
- أو دبلوم مع 15+ سنة خبرة في صيانة النفط والغاز
- مهارات الإشراف والقيادة في مجال تخطيط صيانة النفط والغاز وفي المؤسسات الكبيرة
- إتقان أنظمة الصيانة مثل CMMS
- تنظيم جيد واستباقية مع مهارات اتصال ممتازة
- نضج في الحكم تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات
- تفكير استراتيجي وانفتاح على الأفكار الجديدة
- القدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال والعمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات

We are looking for a Planning and Scheduling Head to provide control and coordination of all planning and Scheduling activities related to Routine Maintenance for all the operational areas, including Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance carried out by Contractor. The Planning and Scheduling Head will lead contractor’s maintenance planning section by providing technical information and solutions. This role will report to the Contractor Site Manager and have the planning team as direct reports.

Responsibilities
- Prepare long-term maintenance plan
- Monitor and collect data from system for review of management
- Offer solution for optimization of resources
- Provide Inputs for preparation of maintenance budget of all plants
- Review actual Vs budgeted expenditure of maintenance and recommend
- necessary action to minimize deviations
- Prepare monthly report highlighting work plans, major activity completed and attend regular maintenance dept meeting
- Monitor Maintenance planning section KPI’s against target
- Review and present manpower planning
- Follow up with operations, services, and company maintenance dept for planning related issue
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10 + years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance
- Or Diploma and 15 + years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance
- Supervision and leadership skills in the Oil & Gas maintenance planning field and with large organizations
- Proficiency with maintenance systems like CMMS
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
