المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وتقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية.
- دفع المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
- تحديد احتياجات العملاء والترويج للمنتجات وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة.
- إدارة عمليات البيع والإسهام في رضا العملاء.
- دعم أعضاء الفريق من خلال تدريبات المبيعات والمساعدة في المهام التشغيلية حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عملية في المبيعات مع القدرة على الترويج للمنتجات وتحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات.
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في قطاع القهوة أو الضيافة.
- يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات فعالة في التواصل وخدمة العملاء، مع القدرة على فهم احتياجات العملاء ومعالجتها.
- مهارات إدارة المبيعات والتدريب لتوجيه ودعم أعضاء الفريق في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- مهارات استباقية في حل المشكلات وعقلية تركز على العميل.

- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Prior experience in the coffee or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
