المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وتقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة
- دفع المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة
- تحديد احتياجات العملاء، الترويج للمنتجات، وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة
- إدارة عمليات البيع والإسهام في رضا العملاء
- دعم أعضاء الفريق من خلال تدريبات البيع والمساعدة في المهام التشغيلية حسب الحاجة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات تواصل فعالة وخدمة عملاء قوية مع القدرة على فهم احتياجات العملاء ومعالجتها
- خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات مع القدرة على الترويج للمنتجات وتحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات وبناء علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء
- مهارات إدارة مبيعات وتدريب لتوجيه ودعم أعضاء الفريق في تحقيق أهداف البيع
- مهارات استباقية في حل المشكلات وتركيز على العملاء
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية
- خبرة سابقة في مجال القهوة أو صناعة الضيافة تُعد ميزة
- إلمام ببرامج Microsoft Office والأدوات الأخرى ذات الصلة يُعد ميزة إضافية

- Sales Management and Training skills to guide and support team members in achieving sales objectives
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Prior experience in the coffee or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
