المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على عمليات الفريق وضمان توافقها مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية ومراقبة التقدم
- إدارة المهام وتفويضها بفعالية وتعزيز التعاون والتواصل داخل الفريق
- تطوير وتدريب أعضاء الفريق وتقديم تقارير عن الإنجازات والتحديات للإدارة العليا
- مراقبة أنشطة ضمان الجودة لضمان الامتثال لمعايير GMP والمعايير التنظيمية ومعايير الشركة
- مراجعة سجلات ووثائق الجودة للتحقق من دقتها واكتمالها وجاهزيتها للتدقيق
- التحقيق في انحرافات الجودة وعدم المطابقة لتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
- تنسيق عمليات التدقيق الداخلي للجودة لتقييم الامتثال ودعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر
- التحقق من تنفيذ خطط CAPA لمعالجة مخاطر الجودة ومنع تكرار المشكلات
- دعم التفتيشات التنظيمية من خلال إعداد الوثائق المطلوبة ومعالجة ملاحظات الامتثال
- تحليل مقاييس أداء الجودة لتحديد الاتجاهات والتوصية بتحسينات العمليات
- ضمان الالتزام بالإجراءات المعتمدة وأنظمة الجودة ومتطلبات الصناعة الدوائية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير)
- شهادة مهنية في مجال ذي صلة (يفضل)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية
- إتقان اللغة العربية (يفضل)

Strategic Responsibilities
- Oversee team operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage and delegate tasks effectively, monitoring progress
- Foster team collaboration and communication
- Develop and train team members
- Report on team achievements and challenges to higher management
- Monitor quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and corporate standards
- Review quality records and documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness
- Investigate quality deviations and non-conformances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate internal quality audits to assess compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Verify implementation of CAPA plans to address quality risks and prevent recurrence
- Support regulatory inspections by preparing required documentation and addressing compliance observations
- Analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Ensure adherence to approved procedures, quality systems, and pharmaceutical industry requirements
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Master’s Degree (Preferred)
- Professional Certificate in relevant field (Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experince
- English - proficient
- Arabic - proficient (Preferred)
