شركة صناعات الأدوية والأجهزة الطبية السعودية (سبيماكو) تعلن عن وظيفة فني مبتدئ في التصنيع (Manufacturing, Junior Technician) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة وcGMP والمعايير التشغيلية في جميع الأنشطة.
- تنسيق سير العمل والمهام مع أعضاء الفريق للحفاظ على الكفاءة وتقليل الاضطرابات.
- تنفيذ المهام وفقاً للإجراءات التشغيلية المعيارية والبروتوكولات والإرشادات.
- تشغيل ومراقبة وصيانة المعدات لضمان الأداء الأمثل والاستمرارية.
- تسجيل البيانات التشغيلية والإبلاغ عن أعطال المعدات أو مشكلات الجودة للمشرفين.
- دعم أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لتقليل وقت التوقف.
- المساعدة في تركيب واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح المعدات والأنظمة حسب التوجيهات.
- المساهمة في تحسين العمليات وضمان الالتزام بمعايير التوثيق.
- إدارة المخزون مع الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومستويات المخزون لتلبية الاحتياجات التشغيلية.
- تسهيل مراقبة الجودة من خلال اختبار المنتجات أو العمليات في مراحل مختلفة للامتثال للمعايير.
- تنظيم المرافق والمواد ومواقع العمل لتعزيز الكفاءة والإنتاجية.
- دعم المهام والمبادرات الإضافية التي يكلف بها المشرفون لتحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية.
- أداء مهام التصنيع الروتينية لدعم عمليات الإنتاج وفقاً للإجراءات التشغيلية المعتمدة.
- تشغيل معدات الإنتاج تحت الإشراف لضمان خرج ثابت والالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
- تحضير المواد الخام والمكونات للحفاظ على تدفق الإنتاج المستمر وتقليل انقطاع العمليات.
- فحص وحدات المنتج أثناء الإنتاج للكشف عن العيوب وضمان تحقيق متطلبات الجودة الأساسية.
- تنظيف وتعقيم مناطق الإنتاج والمعدات وفقاً لمعايير GMP ومعايير النظافة.
- تسجيل بيانات الإنتاج بدقة لدعم توثيق الدفعات ومتطلبات التتبع التشغيلي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة دبلوم في مجال ذي صلة أو الثانوية العامة.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 3 سنوات.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى proficient (شرط أساسي).
- إجادة اللغة العربية بمستوى proficient (يفضل).
- يفضل درجة البكالوريوس.
