Project Design Manager (Design Engineering/Development)

شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مدير تصميم مشاريع متميز (Project Design Manager) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، والمشاركة في إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية المتكاملة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة تسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية من البداية إلى النهاية (النطاق، الجدول الزمني، التكلفة، الجودة، والمخاطر).
- التنسيق والتعاون مع جميع التخصصات (الهندسة، التصميم، وأصحاب المصلحة).
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وإعداد تقارير دورية عن الحالة.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير والكودات والمتطلبات ذات الصلة.
- دعم أنشطة المشتريات وإدارة العقود وإدارة التغيير.
- تيسير الاجتماعات، وحل المشكلات، ودفع القرارات للحفاظ على سير المشروع وفق الجدول.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 15 سنة خبرة في إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية (طرق حضرية، مرافق، جسور، أو ما شابه).
- معرفة قوية بمنهجيات وأدوات وأفضل ممارسات إدارة المشاريع.
- خبرة في تنسيق فرق التصميم والبناء متعددة التخصصات.
- إلمام بالمعايير والكودات واللوائح السعودية ذات الصلة بالبنية التحتية.
- مهارات تواصل وعرض وإدارة علاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومخاطر المشاريع.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة؛ والمعرفة بالعربية ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة قوية في التعامل مع العملاء وتطوير الأعمال.
- قدرة على توجيه وتطوير المهندسين المبتدئين وطاقم المشروع.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Design Manager to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end infrastructure project delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk)
- Coordinating and collaborating with all disciplines (engineering, design, and stakeholders)
- Monitoring project progress and preparing regular status reports
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, codes, and client requirements
- Supporting procurement, contract administration, and change management
- Facilitating meetings, resolving issues, and driving decisions to keep projects on track
- 15 years of experience in infrastructure project management (Urban, roads, utilities, bridges, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary design and construction teams
- Familiarity with relevant infrastructure Saudi standards, codes, and regulations
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project risks
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Fluency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage (if relevant to region)
- Strong client-facing and business development experience
- Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff
