Job description:

We’re Hiring: Manager – Quality Assurance at NADEC!

Location: Haradh, Saudi Arabia

NADEC, one of the largest and most advanced food and dairy companies in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Manager – Quality Assurance to lead our QA function and ensure excellence across our production operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee all quality assurance activities across production operations
• Develop and implement QA policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (SFDA, HACCP, internal quality systems)
• Drive audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team
• Monitor quality performance, analyze data, and identify improvement opportunities
• Strengthen supplier quality and ensure consistent product standards across the value chain

 

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within FMCG or food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and industry standards
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Arabic & English is a must
