🚀 Hiring: SAP FICO Lead Consultant

We are looking for a talented SAP FICO Lead Consultant to join our team and support the delivery, enhancement, and support of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.

🔹Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions.
• Support end-to-end SAP Finance solution delivery, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Participate in integration testing, UAT activities, defect resolution, and solution validation.
• Conduct user training and support solution adoption across business functions.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, incident analysis, issue resolution, and root cause investigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with established governance, testing, and change management processes.
• Support SLA adherence and timely resolution of business-critical issues.

🔹Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Actual Costing
• Material Ledger
• Accounts Receivable
• Bank Reconciliation
• Product Costing
• Cash Management
• Margin Analysis
• Month-End Closing Activities
• Financial Reporting

• Experience working with SAP Finance integrations and enterprise business processes.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work closely with business users and technical teams.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• SAP FICO certification is an advantage.
