We’re Hiring: Manager – Health at NADEC!

 

Location: Saudi Arabia

NADEC, one of the largest and most advanced dairy companies in the Middle East, is looking for an experienced Manager – Health to lead herd health operations and ensure the well-being, productivity, and quality of our dairy herd.

 

What You’ll Do

• Lead and implement herd health programs to ensure optimal animal well-being
• Monitor animal health, diagnose issues, and coordinate treatments with veterinary teams
• Oversee vaccinations, disease prevention, and biosecurity protocols
• Ensure compliance with animal welfare regulations and quality standards
• Maintain accurate herd health records, medical history, and reporting systems
• Monitor milk quality and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
• Train and guide farm staff on best practices in animal health and handling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and hygienic farm environment 

 

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in dairy herd health management (large-scale farms preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dairy cattle health, diseases, and treatment practices
• Experience with biosecurity, disease prevention, and animal welfare standards
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
