يسر مجموعة شركات ديلاوي (Dilawri Group of Companies) عن توفر وظيفة منسق مواعيد (BDC Appointment Coordinator) في منطقة مكة المكرمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنسيق المواعيد لعدة وكالات وضمان التواصل مع العملاء في الوقت المناسب.
  • التنقيب عن فرص الخدمة ومساعدة عملاء الخدمة الوافدين.
  • تحديد وتأهيل فرص العملاء للنمو والتحسين في مجال الخدمة ورعاية العملاء.
  • تقديم متابعة متعددة المستويات للعملاء من خلال عدة أنواع من المكالمات وتطبيقات برمجية.
  • إجراء ما لا يقل عن 70 مكالمة خدمة يوميًا.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • التفوق في خدمة العملاء والاستمتاع بالاتصال ومساعدة العملاء عبر الهاتف.
  • الانتباه للتفاصيل لضمان إدخال جميع طلبات العملاء ومعلوماتهم بشكل صحيح.
  • القدرة على تعلم تطبيقات برمجية متعددة.
  • التركيز على تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية.

About Us

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Responsible for appointment coordination for multiple dealerships insuring timely customer contact, service prospecting an d assisting incoming service customers.
  • Identify and qualify customer opportunities for growth and improvement in the area of service and customer care.
  • This role provides multiple levels of customer follow-up through several call types and software applications.
  • 70+ Service calls are required per day.

  • Excel at customer service and enjoy contacting and assisting customers on the telephone.

  • Attention to detail to ensure all customer requests and information is correctly entered.
  • Ability to learn multiple software applications.
  • Focus on exceptional customer service
