المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية من خلال مساعدة العملاء في تحديد وطلب القطع الصحيحة لمركباتهم.
- التعاون مع فنيي الصيانة وبقية أعضاء الفريق لضمان تلبية طلبات القطع بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- الحفاظ على معرفة محدثة بكتالوجات القطع والأسعار ومستويات المخزون.
- معالجة طلبات القطع وتتبع الشحنات وإبقاء العملاء على اطلاع بحالة طلباتهم.
- التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء وتوفير معلومات المنتج وحل المشكلات أو الاستفسارات بطريقة مهنية وفي الوقت المناسب.
- حفظ سجلات دقيقة لمخزون القطع وتاريخ الطلبات وتفاعلات العملاء.
- إعداد فواتير القطع.
- ضمان نظافة وترتيب مكان العمل.
- فحص القطع المرتجعة بحثاً عن العيوب.
- استبدال القطع المعيبة أو رد المبلغ للعميل.

Position Overview
Dilawri Group of Companies - Saskatchewan is actively searching for Parts Advisor to join our growing team at Dilawri Group!
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of parts orders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts catalogues, pricing and inventory levels.
- Process parts orders, track shipments, and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of parts inventory, order history and customer interactions.
- Prepare parts invoices.
- Ensure your work station is clean and in an orderly manner.
- Examine returned parts for defects.
- Exchange defective parts or refund the customer.
