يسر شركة AESG، إحدى الشركات الاستشارية والهندسية والاستشارية المتخصصة الحائزة على جوائز، أن تعلن عن فرصة ممتازة للانضمام إلى فريقها المتنامي في منطقة الرياض. نحن نبحث عن مهندس تكليف ميكانيكي (Commissioning Engineer - Mechanical) للانضمام إلى فريق متعدد التخصصات، حيث ستقوم بإجراء التفتيش الميداني والتحقق من نتائج الاختبارات، وتقديم خدمات التكليف وفقاً للمعايير العالية المتوقعة من عملاء AESG.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء التفتيش الميداني بشكل مستقل في التخصص المحدد.
  • مراجعة معلومات التصميم والتفاوتات المسموح بها وطرق العمل المتفق عليها.
  • تقييم ما إذا كانت إجراءات الاختبار والنتائج المسجلة تظهر الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومدونات الممارسة الصناعية.
  • المساعدة في مراجعة وثائق المشروع للتأكد من امتثالها لمواصفات المشروع ومدونات الممارسة الصناعية.
  • الإبلاغ عن المشكلات التي يتم اكتشافها إلى كبار أعضاء الفريق بطريقة واضحة ودقيقة وموجزة.
  • التواصل مع فريق التكليف التابع للمقاولين بطريقة مهنية.
  • إجراء ملاحظات ميدانية تتعلق بجودة التركيب.
  • إنتاج وثائق عالية الجودة، بما في ذلك تقارير الملاحظات الميدانية.
  • المشاركة في الاجتماعات وورش العمل المتعلقة بالتخصص عند الحاجة.
  • مراقبة التركيب، والعطاءات المقدمة، واستخدام الأدوات الهندسية وفقاً لإرشادات المشروع والتكليف.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو هندسة خدمات المباني (BSc).
  • أو دبلوم كلية في هندسة خدمات المباني (HNC, HND أو ما يعادلها).
  • أو شهادة كلية في هندسة خدمات المباني (ONC, OND أو ما يعادلها) مع خبرة عملية في مجال MEP + دورة City & Guilds.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات مع درجة البكالوريوس، أو 6 سنوات مع دبلوم الكلية، أو 7 سنوات مع شهادة الكلية أو التجارة.
  • شهادة مهندس معتمد (Incorporated Engineer) مرغوب فيها ولكنها غير أساسية.
  • شهادة CSA Grade 4 مرغوب فيها ولكنها غير أساسية.
  • شهادة تكليف معتمدة مثل BCA أو ACG أو NEBB مرغوب فيها ولكنها غير أساسية.
  • خبرة كبيرة وكفاءات متقدمة، مع القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في المهام المعقدة.

Our areas of expertise are represented in four core verticals: Building Engineering, Planning and Infrastructure, Strategy and Advisory and Commissioning, Handover and Asset Management.

Job Purpose

  • As part of a multi-discipline project team representing AESG, conduct site inspections and verify the tested results are correct.
  • Provide support to the project by delivering commissioning services in line with the high-standards clients of AESG have come to expect.

Qualification / Experience

Education

  • MEP / Building services Engineering Degree

○ BSc Mechanical Engineering

○ BSc Electrical Engineering

○ BSc Building Services Engineering

  • MEP / Building services Engineering College Diploma

○ HNC, HND or equivalent

  • MEP / Building services Engineering College Certificate

○ ONC, OND or equivalent

○ MEP Trade time served + City & Guilds certificate

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of job-related experience + Engineering degree
  • Minimum 6 years of job-related experience + college diploma
  • Minimum 7 years of job-related experience + college or Trade Certificate

Industry Accreditations

  • Incorporated Engineer, desirable but not essential
  • CSA Grade 4 qualifies, desirable but not essential
  • Commissioning certification such as BCA, ACG or NEBB, desirable but not essential

General Expectancy

  • Significant experience and advanced competencies.

Responsibilities

  • Independently conduct site inspections in selected discipline
  • Review design information, tolerances and agreed methods of working
  • Assess whether test procedures and recorded results demonstrate compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
  • Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
  • Report issues found to senior team members in a clear, accurate and concise manner
  • liaise with contractors commissioning team in a professional manner
  • Carry out side observations with respect to quality of installation
  • Produce documentation to a high standard, including site observation reports
  • Participate in meetings and workshops regarding discipline when required
  • Monitor installation, submittals and use of engineering tools adhering to project and

commissioning guidelines

  • Track completion of tasks, prepare lookaheads and trackers for project milestones
  • Keep a daily diary of events and activities under your control, including systems inspected, documents reviewed, and any decision made by authorities on site.

experience in managing a small team of 2 or more, on live projects, or mentoring junior

team members / graduates.
