المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء التفتيش الميداني بشكل مستقل في التخصص المختار.
  • مراجعة معلومات التصميم والتفاوتات المسموحة وطرق العمل المتفق عليها.
  • تقييم ما إذا كانت إجراءات الاختبار والنتائج المسجلة تظهر الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع وقوانين الممارسة الصناعية.
  • المساعدة في مراجعة وثائق المشروع للتحقق من امتثالها لمواصفات المشروع وقوانين الممارسة الصناعية.
  • الإبلاغ عن المشكلات التي يتم اكتشافها لأعضاء الفريق الأقدم بطريقة واضحة ودقيقة وموجزة.
  • التواصل مع فريق التشغيل الخاص بالمقاولين بأسلوب مهني.
  • إجراء ملاحظات موقعية تتعلق بجودة التركيب.
  • إنتاج وثائق عالية الجودة، بما في ذلك تقارير الملاحظات الميدانية.
  • المشاركة في الاجتماعات وورش العمل المتعلقة بالتخصص عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو هندسة خدمات المباني (أو ما يعادلها).
  • بدلاً من ذلك: دبلوم كلية في هندسة خدمات المباني (HNC، HND أو ما يعادلها) مع خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات.
  • أو شهادة كلية في هندسة خدمات المباني (ONC، OND أو ما يعادلها) مع خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات، أو خبرة عملية في مجال MEP مع شهادة City & Guilds.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة مع درجة البكالوريوس.
  • يفضل -وليس شرطاً- الحصول على لقب مهندس معتمد (Incorporated Engineer).
  • يفضل -وليس شرطاً- الحصول على شهادة CSA Grade 4.
  • يفضل -وليس شرطاً- الحصول على شهادة تشغيل معتمدة مثل BCA أو ACG أو NEBB.
  • خبرة كبيرة وكفاءات متقدمة، والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في المهام المعقدة.

Our areas of expertise are represented in four core verticals: Building Engineering, Planning and Infrastructure, Strategy and Advisory and Commissioning, Handover and Asset Management.

Job Purpose

  • As part of a multi-discipline project team representing AESG, conduct site inspections and verify the tested results are correct.
  • Provide support to the project by delivering commissioning services in line with the high-standards clients of AESG have come to expect.

Qualification / Experience

Education

  • MEP / Building services Engineering Degree

○ BSc Mechanical Engineering

○ BSc Electrical Engineering

○ BSc Building Services Engineering

  • MEP / Building services Engineering College Diploma

○ HNC, HND or equivalent

  • MEP / Building services Engineering College Certificate

○ ONC, OND or equivalent

○ MEP Trade time served + City & Guilds certificate

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of job-related experience + Engineering degree
  • Minimum 6 years of job-related experience + college diploma
  • Minimum 7 years of job-related experience + college or Trade Certificate

Industry Accreditations

  • Incorporated Engineer, desirable but not essential
  • CSA Grade 4 qualifies, desirable but not essential
  • Commissioning certification such as BCA, ACG or NEBB, desirable but not essential

General Expectancy

Responsibilities

  • Independently conduct site inspections in selected discipline
  • Review design information, tolerances and agreed methods of working
  • Assess whether test procedures and recorded results demonstrate compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
  • Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
  • Report issues found to senior team members in a clear, accurate and concise manner
  • liaise with contractors commissioning team in a professional manner
  • Carry out side observations with respect to quality of installation
  • Produce documentation to a high standard, including site observation reports
  • Participate in meetings and workshops regarding discipline when required
  • Monitor installation, submittals and use of engineering tools adhering to project and

commissioning guidelines

  • Track completion of tasks, prepare lookaheads and trackers for project milestones
  • Keep a daily diary of events and activities under your control, including systems inspected, documents reviewed, and any decision made by authorities on site.
