نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيكون مدير تسليم ونجاح العملاء - المنطقة الشرقية مسؤولاً عن قيادة تسليم مشاريع تنفيذ حلول الرعاية الصحية وإدارة دورة الإيرادات (RCM) بشكل متكامل، مع العمل كحلقة وصل تجارية وتشغيلية رئيسية لعملاء رئيسيين في المنطقة الشرقية. يجمع هذا الدور بين مسؤوليتين: دفع دقة تنفيذ المشاريع وبناء علاقات قوية وموثوقة مع قيادات المستشفيات والمديرين التنفيذيين ومدراء تقنية المعلومات وأصحاب المصلحة التشغيليين. يتطلب الدور فهماً عميقاً لقطاع الرعاية الصحية في المملكة، وسير عمل إدارة دورة الإيرادات، وعمليات التكامل مع أنظمة السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية (EMR)، والمعايير التنظيمية الإقليمية (مثل CHI/NPHIES). سيشرف المرشح الناجح على حوكمة التسليم والمشاركة مع العملاء وإدارة النطاق وفرص توسيع الحسابات، لضمان تجاوز سانتكتشور لتوقعات العملاء مع تحقيق قيمة تشغيلية ومالية قابلة للقياس.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تسليم مشاريع الرعاية الصحية وإدارة دورة الإيرادات في المنطقة الشرقية من البداية إلى النهاية، مع ضمان الإنجاز في الوقت المحدد وضمن النطاق والميزانية.
- الإشراف على تكامل حلول سانتكتشور مع أنظمة السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية (EMR/HIS) ومنصات الرعاية الصحية الخارجية.
- تطوير وصيانة ميثاق المشروع والجداول الزمنية وسجلات المخاطر وسجلات التبعيات وتقارير المعالم بما يتوافق مع معايير مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO).
- إدارة نطاق المشروع بشكل استباقي، وتقييم طلبات التغيير، وتخفيف المخاطر، وحل الاختناقات في التسليم.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للجهات التنفيذية ومديري تقنية المعلومات والرؤساء السريريين ومديري إدارة دورة الإيرادات لدى العملاء في المنطقة الشرقية.
- دفع اعتماد المستخدمين وضمان الجاهزية التشغيلية، والدعوة لاحتياجات العملاء الاستراتيجية داخل سانتكتشور.
- تحديد فرص توسيع نشر الحلول وإطلاق الوحدات الجديدة وتعزيز الخدمات بالتعاون مع فريق المبيعات الإقليمي.
- العمل كمالك رئيسي للتصعيد في حالات المشكلات التسليمية أو التشغيلية، وتسهيل التوافق بين قيادة العميل والفرق التقنية في سانتكتشور.
- تنسيق الفرق الداخلية متعددة التخصصات (مديري المنتجات، مهندسي التنفيذ، المهندسين المعماريين التقنيين، ضمان الجودة، مستشاري الترميز السريري) لضمان طرح سلس للمشاريع.
- التعاون مع موردي أنظمة السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية المحليين وأخصائيي تكامل الأنظمة والجهات الصحية لضمان التوافق التقني والامتثال للوائح الرعاية الصحية السعودية (NPHIES/CHI).
- تنسيق التنفيذ الناجح والتكامل لحلول سانتكتشور مع أنظمة السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية والتطبيقات الصحية الأخرى، مع ضمان ترجمة المتطلبات التجارية والسريرية والتقنية بفعالية إلى مخرجات المشروع.
- تحديد فرص تحسين منهجيات تسليم المشاريع وعمليات التنفيذ وتجربة العملاء، مع المساهمة بمعرفة الرعاية الصحية وإدارة دورة الإيرادات في تعزيز منتجات وخدمات سانتكتشور باستمرار.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في معلوماتية الرعاية الصحية، علوم الحاسب، نظم المعلومات، هندسة البرمجيات، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة PMP أو PRINCE2 مطلوبة أو مفضلة بشدة.
- شهادات إضافية في إدارة معلومات الرعاية الصحية، إدارة دورة الإيرادات (مثل CRCR)، أو Agile/Scrum تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6-8 سنوات متزايدة في تسليم مشاريع تقنية معلومات الرعاية الصحية أو المشاركة مع العملاء أو استشارات تنفيذ تقنية المعلومات، مع 3 سنوات على الأقل في دور إداري موجه للعملاء داخل سوق المملكة العربية السعودية.
- فهم قوي لقطاع الرعاية الصحية في المملكة وديناميكيات المستشفيات في القطاعين الخاص والعام وأطر الامتثال التنظيمي والمالي الإلزامية (مثل NPHIES وCHI وCCHI).
- خبرة عملية في تنفيذ أنظمة السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية (EMR)، وتكاملات HL7/FHIR، وسير عمل إدارة دورة الإيرادات الأساسية (الأهلية، الترميز، تقديم المطالبات، إدارة الرفض).
- قدرة مثبتة على التفاعل بسلاسة مع المديرين التنفيذيين وأصحاب المستشفيات ورؤساء الأقسام السريرية لبناء الثقة وحل المشكلات المعقدة.
- الإقامة في المنطقة الشرقية (الدمام/الخبر/الجبيل) أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها، مع القدرة على السفر محلياً إلى مواقع المستشفيات حسب الحاجة.

Regional Project Delivery & Governance:
- End-to-End Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of healthcare and RCM implementation projects in the Eastern Province, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and on budget.
- EMR & Technical Integration: Oversee the integration of Santechture's solutions with client Electronic Medical Record (EMR/HIS) systems and third-party healthcare platforms.
- Project Governance: Develop and maintain project charters, baseline schedules, risk registers, dependency logs, and milestone reporting in alignment with corporate PMO standards.
- Scope & Change Management: Proactively manage project scope, evaluate change requests, mitigate risks, and resolve delivery bottlenecks promptly.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for client executive sponsors, IT leaders, clinical heads, and RCM managers across Eastern Region accounts.
- Client Success & Adoption: Drive user adoption, ensure operational readiness, and advocate for the client's strategic needs within Santechture.
- Account Growth & Up-selling: Identify opportunities for expanded solution deployment, new module rollouts, and service enhancements in collaboration with the regional sales team.
- Escalation Management: Serve as the primary escalation owner for delivery or operational issues, facilitating rapid alignment between client leadership and Santechture's technical teams.
- Multi-Disciplined Orchestration: Coordinate cross-functional internal teams-including product managers, implementation engineers, technical architects, QA, and clinical coding consultants-to ensure seamless project rollouts.
- Vendor & Partner Alignment: Collaborate with local EMR vendors, system integrators, and healthcare authorities to ensure technical alignment and compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations (NPHIES/CHI).
- Coordinate the successful implementation and integration of Santechture solutions with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other healthcare applications, ensuring business, clinical, and technical requirements are effectively translated into project deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project delivery methodologies, implementation processes, and client experience while contributing healthcare and RCM knowledge to the ongoing enhancement of Santechture's products and services.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is required/strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications in Healthcare Information Management, RCM, Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), or Agile/Scrum methodologies are considered a significant advantage
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in healthcare IT project delivery, client engagement, or IT implementation consulting-with at least 3 years in a client-facing manager capacity within the KSA market.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia's healthcare landscape, private/public sector hospital dynamics, and mandatory regulatory/reimbursement frameworks (e.g., NPHIES, CHI, CCHI).
- Hands-on experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system implementations, HL7/FHIR integrations, and core RCM workflows (eligibility, coding, claims submission, denial management).
- Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with C-suite executives, hospital owners, and clinical department heads to build trust and resolve complex issues.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Eastern Province (Dammam/Khobar/Jubail), with ability to travel locally to client hospital sites as required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is strongly preferred.
