Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple technology and infrastructure projects within a broader program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include defining program scope and timelines, managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and tracking progress against milestones. The Program Manager will regularly communicate with internal stakeholders and clients, prepare status reports, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to keep programs on track. The role also involves supporting process improvements, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards, and contributing to strategic planning for future initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in program and project management within technology, digital infrastructure, or telecom-related environments.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources, with a track record of delivering complex programs on schedule.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PM frameworks, scheduling and tracking software).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and decision-making under time constraints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
• Experience working in or with data centers, connectivity solutions, or digital transformation projects is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
