نبذة عن الوظيفة
سلسلة التوريد هي جوهر عملياتنا، حيث تربط تحويل المواد الخام بالمنتج النهائي الذي يُسلَّم للعملاء. ستكون حلقة وصل حيوية بين الإنتاج والمالية والمشتريات وخدمة العملاء، لضمان تلبية احتياجات العملاء بموازنة فعّالة بين المواد والسلع التامة. خريجو البرنامج السابقين انتقلوا بنجاح إلى أدوار مثل إدارة سلسلة التوريد، إدارة العمليات، وإدارة المشتريات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم إدارة سلسلة التوريد: تعزيز فعالية الفريق عبر تطبيق مبادئ سلسلة التوريد الأساسية وتحدي الممارسات الحالية.
- المشاركة في المشاريع: قيادة مشاريع لتطبيق أفضل ممارسات سلسلة التوريد، مع معالجة تحديات ومبادرات تؤثر على المنشأة بأكملها.
- التعاون: العمل عن كثب مع فرق سلسلة التوريد ومصانع التصنيع لتقديم خدمة متميزة وضمان تجربة عملاء عالمية المستوى.
- الاستفادة من البيانات: استخدام أنظمة التخطيط واللوجستيات المتقدمة لتحليل البيانات الضخمة واستخلاص رؤى عبر شبكات سلسلة التوريد، وتقديم توصيات لتحسين الكفاءة.
- تطبيق المهارات: توظيف خبرتك في تخطيط الطلب، تخطيط التوريد، الجدولة، وتخطيط اللوجستيات والنقل لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وبالكامل عبر سلسلة التوريد المتكاملة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في سلسلة التوريد، اللوجستيات، النقل، أو إدارة الأعمال والتقنية.
- خبرة عمل من 1 إلى 3 سنوات.
- طموح، فضولي، وراغب في تطبيق مواهبك في العمل.
- منفتح الذهن، مرن، ومستعد لاغتنام الفرص.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ويفضل إجادة لغة أخرى.
- أهلية العمل بشكل دائم في الموقع المتقدم إليه.
- الاستعداد للسفر والانتقال.

About the role
Our Supply Chain Program
Supply Chain is at the core of our operations, seamlessly connecting the transformation of raw materials to the final product delivered to our customers. By collaborating closely with both our customers and internal teams, we master the intricacies of one of the most complex supply chains.
In this role, you’ll be a vital link, coordinating between Production, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service. Your efforts will ensure that Kerry meets customer demands by efficiently balancing materials and finished goods.
Our past cohort have successfully advanced into roles such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and Purchasing Management.
At Kerry, we are dedicated to your professional growth in Supply Chain. We will support you in achieving your CIPS or APICS professional qualification.

What you might be doing
- Supporting Supply Chain Management Enhance the team’s effectiveness by implementing key Supply Chain principles and challenging existing practices.
- Project Involvement Lead projects to ensure best practice Supply Chain rollouts, while also tackling site-wide challenges and initiatives that impact the entire business.
- Collaboration Work closely with our Supply Chain teams and manufacturing plants to deliver top-tier service, ensuring a world-class customer experience.
- Data-Driven Insights Utilize advanced planning and logistics systems to leverage big data, drawing insights across our supply chain networks and providing recommendations to enhance efficiency.
- Skill Application Apply your expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Scheduling, and Logistics & Transportation planning to secure on-time, in-full deliveries through our end-to-end supply chain.
- You have a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, or Business and Technology
- You have 1-3 years work experience
- You’re ambitious, curious, and can’t wait to put your talents into action.
- You’re open minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.
- You’re fluent in English and ideally another language.
- You’re eligible to permanently work in the location you’re applying to*
- You’re open to traveling and relocating.
