Scope of Position:
The IT Administrator is responsible for managing daily IT operations at Sitaf Foods, ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary devices, systems access, and support to perform their roles effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintains an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including laptops, peripherals, and software licenses
- Tracks issuance, returns, and lifecycle of devices and licenses
- Conducts periodic inventory checks and ensures compliance with company policies
User Support & Provisioning
- Issues laptops, email accounts, and required software licenses to employees
- Manages IT requirements for employee onboarding and offboarding
- Provides first-level IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
License & System Administration
- Administers Microsoft 365 accounts, email systems, and user licenses
- Monitors license usage and ensures optimal allocation
ERP System Support
- Provides first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Assists users with troubleshooting ERP-related issues
- Coordinates with external vendors for advanced support
Vendor Coordination
- Acts as the primary point of contact with IT vendors and service providers
- Coordinates procurement, maintenance, and support activities for IT equipment and services
IT Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Keeps systems and processes aligned with current technology standards
- Supports improvements and implementation of IT tools and system
- Manages and monitors server infrastructure
- Oversees CCTV systems and camera maintenance
- Supports implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Delivers internal awareness and IT training sessions when required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT administration or support
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and IT asset management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to provide internal training on Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of CRM, CPM or similar business systems is considered an advantage
- Effective communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
- Fluent in English
