تعلن شركة IBM عن وظيفة شريك تقني متخصص (Partner Technical Specialist) في الرياض، السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن التأثير على الاستراتيجية التقنية للشركاء نحو تقنيات IBM وتنمية قدرات النظام البيئي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التأثير على استراتيجية الشريك التقنية نحو تقنيات IBM من خلال تحديد فرص دمج تقنيات IBM في البنى المرجعية والممارسات والحلول الخاصة بهم.
- تنسيق الخبرات التقنية لـ IBM لتحديد وتصميم وتنفيذ حلول قيّمة تركز على العميل تلبي احتياجات الشريك.
- التركيز على تنمية قدرة وطاقة النظام البيئي الكلي من خلال زيادة القدرات التقنية للشركاء في عرض ونشر تقنيات IBM على نطاق واسع.
- زيادة القدرات التقنية للشركاء في عرض ونشر تقنيات IBM لدى فرق البيع التقني لدى الشركات الشريكة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس (يفضل)
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات متعمقة في العلامات التجارية (Deep Brand Skills): خبرة في تطوير وتطبيق مهارات العلامات التجارية لتحقيق نتائج الأعمال.
- تصميم الحلول التقنية: خبرة في العمل مع تصميم الحلول التقنية لتحديد وتصميم وتنفيذ حلول قيّمة تركز على العميل.
- تطوير النظام البيئي: خبرة في تنمية قدرة وطاقة النظام البيئي من خلال التمكين التقني وإشراك الشركاء.
- الهندسة التقنية (Technical Architecture): خبرة في العمل مع البنى التقنية لدمج وتضمين التكنولوجيا في البنى المرجعية والممارسات والحلول الخاصة بالشركاء.
- حلول تركز على العميل: خبرة في تصميم وتنفيذ حلول تركز على العميل تلبي احتياجات الشريك وتدفع نمو الأعمال.
- مهارات إضافية مفضلة: معرفة بالهندسة التقنية وخبرة في تطوير النظام البيئي من خلال التمكين التقني وإشراك الشركاء.

Your Role And Responsibilities

- Grow Ecosystem Capability: Focus on growing the capability and capacity of the overall ecosystem by increasing partners' technical capabilities for demonstrating and deploying IBM Technology at scale.
- Enable Partner Sellers: Increase partners' technical capabilities for demonstrating and deploying IBM Technology with partner firms' sales and technical sellers.

- Deep Brand Skills: Exposure to developing and applying deep brand skills to drive business outcomes.
- Technical Solution Design: Experience working with technical solution design to identify, design, and implement valued client-centric solutions.
- Ecosystem Development: Exposure to growing the capability and capacity of an ecosystem through technical enablement and partner engagement.
- Technical Architecture: Experience working with technical architectures to incorporate and embed technology into partners' reference architectures, practices, and solutions.
- Client-Centric Solutions: Exposure to designing and implementing client-centric solutions that meet partner needs and drive business growth.
- Technical Architecture Knowledge: Exposure to working with technical architectures to incorporate and embed technology into partners' reference architectures, practices, and solutions is beneficial. This includes understanding how to design and implement valued client-centric solutions that meet partner needs and drive business growth.
- Ecosystem Development Experience: Experience working with ecosystem development through technical enablement and partner engagement is advantageous. This involves growing the capability and capacity of the overall ecosystem by increasing partners' technical capabilities.
