📋 Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Technician to test, troubleshoot, install, and repair a wide range of commercial refrigeration, electrical, and electromechanical equipment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Test, repair, and install commercial refrigeration systems and equipment

✅ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical faults

✅ Perform on-site service and maintenance at customer locations

✅ Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards

✅ Coordinate and manage spare parts requirements

✅ Prepare accurate service reports and documentation

✅ Conduct operational testing and performance verification

✅ Deliver excellent customer service and technical support

🎓 Qualifications

✔ Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or related field

✔ Proven experience in Commercial Refrigerator Repair

✔ Transferable IQAMA

✔ Valid Driving License is an advantage

✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

📌 Experience Required

✔ Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
