Key Responsibility

• Execute Daily Delivery Plan: Follow and implement the daily delivery schedule to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries to customers, Ensure customer endorses (sign and stamp) all document before leaving the goods.
• Efficient Loading & Unloading: Handle products carefully, organizing deliveries systematically to ensure smooth operations, and placing high-priority items where they are most accessible to meet customer needs.
• Customer-Focused Delivery Execution: Ensure that each delivery is conducted professionally and respectfully, addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Optimize Time, Equipment & Fuel Use: Utilize time, resources, and equipment efficiently to reduce delays and improve delivery performance, helping to provide a seamless experience for customers.
• Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance: performing regular maintenance on the vehicle, maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency of the delivery vehicle and equipment, ensuring a professional appearance with customers.
• Proactive Communication: If delays or route changes occur (due to factors like queuing, breakdowns, etc.), report promptly to the Line Manager and keep the customer informed, ensuring transparency and minimizing disruption.
• Compliance with National & Company Standards: Ensure all deliveries adhere to local legislation and Arla's standards, ensuring a high level of safety, quality, and reliability.
• Represent Arla's Brand with Integrity: As an Arla Ambassador, provide a positive customer experience by being approachable, professional, and knowledgeable about Arla’s products and values, creating a strong bond of trust with customers.

• Participate in Learning & Development: Engage in regular training and development opportunities to continuously improve your skills, keeping up to date with industry best practices and enhancing your ability to serve customers better.

Educational background/Experience

• Valid HD driving License.
• + 3 years of experience as a HD driver.
• Language: English / Arabic
