Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Talent Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end hiring processes and optimize talent acquisition systems. The role involves managing a distributed team to support global recruitment efforts and improve hiring efficiency across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows to streamline candidate sourcing and onboarding.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.

• Analyze hiring metrics and performance data to identify process improvements and reduce time-to-fill.

• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.

• Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to ensure cost-effective hiring solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR analytics tools.

• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making for recruitment optimization.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple stakeholders.
