MS Pharma، شركة أدوية رائدة متخصصة في تطوير وتصنيع وتوزيع الأدوية الجنيسة والمشابهة حيوياً، تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة رئيس قسم تقنية المعلومات (IT Section Head) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى رئيس قسم تقنية المعلومات مسؤولية قيادة فريق الدعم الفني لتقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية وحل جميع المشكلات التقنية، بالإضافة إلى صيانة البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات وأنظمة الحواسيب والخوادم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وصيانة البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات في المؤسسة، بما في ذلك الخوادم والشبكات والأجهزة والبرمجيات وأنظمة البريد الإلكتروني والاتصال بالإنترنت، مع ضمان التوفر العالي والأداء الجيد.
- قيادة عمليات تقنية المعلومات من خلال تقديم الدعم الفني في الوقت المناسب، وحل مشكلات الأنظمة، وتنفيذ إجراءات وقائية لتقليل وقت التوقف.
- تطوير وتنفيذ ومراقبة سياسات تقنية المعلومات وضوابط الأمان وإجراءات التعافي من الكوارث لضمان أمان البيانات وسريتها والامتثال واستمرارية الأعمال.
- التخطيط والإدارة والإشراف على مشاريع تقنية المعلومات ومبادرات التحول الرقمي وترقيات الأنظمة بما يتوافق مع أهداف العمل والميزانيات.
- إدارة ميزانية تقنية المعلومات وأنشطة المشتريات وعلاقات الموردين وعقود الصيانة والاستثمارات التقنية لتحسين التكلفة والأداء.
- قيادة وتدريب وتطوير فريق تقنية المعلومات من خلال تحديد الأولويات ومراقبة الأداء وتعزيز التحسين المستمر ومشاركة المعرفة.
- التعاون مع الوحدات التنظيمية لتحديد المتطلبات التقنية والتوصية بالحلول وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية عبر المؤسسة.
- مراقبة أداء الأنظمة وتحليل الاتجاهات وإجراء عمليات تدقيق دورية وإعداد تقارير عن عمليات تقنية المعلومات والأمان والامتثال ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومتطلبات cGMP واللوائح السارية والمعايير الصناعية مع الحفاظ على السرية في جميع أنشطة تقنية المعلومات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسوب أو أي مجال ذي صلة وفقاً للوائح البلد.
- خبرة لا تقل عن ثماني سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً وقراءةً ومحادثةً.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية مع القدرة على نقل المعلومات التقنية إلى أصحاب المصلحة غير التقنيين.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بأنظمة الموارد البشرية (HR Systems).
- معرفة بأنظمة التصنيع والجودة (Manufacturing & Quality Systems).
- معرفة بـ SQL و Oracle.
- معرفة بـ GMP.
- إدارة المشاريع (Project Management).
- معرفة قوية بالبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات بما في ذلك الشبكات وإدارة الخوادم.

Job Summary
Responsible for leading the technical support team to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve all technical issues, as well as maintaining the IT Infrastructure, computer systems, and servers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, email systems, and internet connectivity, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead IT operations by providing timely technical support, resolving system issues, and implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies, security controls, and disaster recovery measures to ensure data security, confidentiality, compliance, and business continuity.
- Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and system upgrades in alignment with business objectives and budgets.
- Manage the IT budget, procurement activities, vendor relationships, maintenance contracts, and technology investments to optimize cost and performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop the IT team by assigning priorities, monitoring performance, and promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with business units to identify technology requirements, recommend solutions, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
- Monitor system performance, analyze trends, conduct periodic audits, and prepare reports on IT operations, security, compliance, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cGMP requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards while maintaining confidentiality in all IT activities.
- BSc. in Information Technology, computer science or any related field as per the country regulations.
- A minimum of Eight years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English Languages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
