تسعى شركة Harrison.ai، الرائدة في تطوير حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي التشخيصي للرعاية الصحية، إلى تعيين قائد مبيعات تقنية (Presales Lead) متخصص في مجال الأشعة والذكاء الاصطناعي للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستكون شريكاً استراتيجياً للمدير الإقليمي المعين حديثاً لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، وستسهم في تعزيز الحضور التقني للشركة وتحقيق نتائج ملموسة وبناء علاقات موثوقة وطويلة الأمد مع العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الخبرة في دورة ما قبل البيع لفهم بيئة العميل وسير العمل وتحديد الحل الأمثل.
- تقديم الدعم الفني أثناء عملية البيع من خلال عرض مجموعة كاملة من ميزات المنتج بما في ذلك الاستخدامات المحتملة والقدرات والفوائد للعملاء حسب الحاجة.
- تطوير وتقديم عروض توضيحية مقنعة ومخصصة، ونماذج أولية، وأصول أخرى لما قبل البيع بناءً على المعرفة المكتسبة عن العميل، وربطها بتقنيات Harrison.ai.
- المساهمة بقوة في عمليات مقترحات البيع وطلبات العروض والمناقصات عبر المناطق المخصصة لجميع منتجاتنا واستراتيجياتنا.
- نشر حلول Harrison.ai بما في ذلك تثبيت البرامج وتكوينها واختبار النظام.
- العمل مع شركاء البائعين في قطاع الرعاية الصحية لإنشاء وصيانة عمليات التكامل لقاعدة عملائنا.
- تصميم وتنفيذ عمليات التكامل مع شركائنا باستخدام معايير المراسلة مثل RESTful APIs وHL7.
- صيانة وإدارة بيئات الاختبار لتكرار المشكلات.
- التواصل مع العملاء والفرق الداخلية لتفصيل متطلبات المشروع.
- العمل مع مدراء المشاريع لتسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد.
- التخطيط مع موظفي العملاء وتدريبهم على نشر حلول Harrison.ai.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة خدمة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في معلوماتية الرعاية الصحية و/أو تقنيات معلوماتية التصوير الطبي.
- سنوات متعددة من الخبرة في العمل المباشر مع العملاء الخارجيين.
- خبرة في تثبيت وصيانة أنظمة تشغيل Linux.
- معرفة بمفاهيم الشبكات مثل DNS وTCP/IP وSSL وغيرها.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- الاستعداد للسفر، بما في ذلك السفر الدولي.
- خبرة و/أو معرفة بأدوات إدارة الحالات (مثل Salesforce Service Cloud وJira) وأدوات قاعدة المعرفة (مثل Confluence وSharePoint).
المهارات الإضافية المرغوبة
- خبرة في بروتوكولات ومعايير وأنظمة معلومات الرعاية الصحية (مثل HL7 وDICOM وPACS وEHR و/أو RIS).
- الإلمام بـ AWS وVMWare (الشهادات مفضلة).
- خبرة في محركات سير عمل الرعاية الصحية (مثل Nextgen Connect).
- خبرة في منصات الحاويات (مثل Docker وKubernetes).
- خبرة في قواعد بيانات SQL (مثل PostgreSQL وMySQL).
- خبرة في Git أو أنظمة التحكم في الإصدارات الأخرى.

About Your Role

What You Do
- Provide expertise in the presales cycle to understand the customer's environment and workflow to determine the optimal solution for the customer
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
- Develop and deliver compelling, personalised demonstrations, proofs of concept, prototypes, and other pre-sales assets, based on the knowledge gained about the customer, which tie to Harrison.ai’s technologies.
- Strongly contribute to the sales proposal, RFP and Tender processes across assigned regions of all our products and strategies.
- Deploy Harrison.ai solutions, including software installation, configuration, and system testing.
- Work with our healthcare industry vendor partners to create and maintain integrations for our customer base.
- Design and implement integrations with our partners using messaging standards like RESTful APIs and HL7.
- Maintain and manage test environments for problem replication.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to detail project requirements.
- Work with Project Managers to deliver projects on time.
- Plan with and train customer staff in the deployment of Harrison.ai solutions.
- 5+ years of service experience in healthcare informatics and/or medical imaging informatics technologies.
- Multiple years’ experience working directly with external customers.
- Experience installing and maintaining Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, and other networking concepts.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel, including internationally.
- Experience and/or knowledge of case management (Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira) and knowledge base tools (Confluence, SharePoint).
- Experience with healthcare information protocols, standards, and systems (e.g., HL7, DICOM, PACS,EHR, and/or RIS).
- Familiarity with AWS and VMWare (certifications preferable).
- Experience with healthcare workflow engines (e.g., Nextgen Connect).
- Experience with containerisation platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
