تسعى شركة Lucid Motors Middle East إلى تعيين فني صيانة أول (Sr. Maintenance Technician) لقسم التجميع العام (General Assembly) في المملكة العربية السعودية، لقيادة وتنسيق أعمال الصيانة الكهربائية والميكانيكية وأتمتة الأنظمة وضمان التشغيل الآمن والموثوق لجميع معدات القسم.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

فني الصيانة الأول في التجميع العام مسؤول عن قيادة وتنسيق فرق الصيانة الكهربائية والميكانيكية وأتمتة الأنظمة لضمان التشغيل الآمن والموثوق والفعال لجميع معدات وأنظمة التجميع العام. يوفر الدور قيادة فنية عبر مراحل المعالجة المسبقة، الطلاء الكهربائي، البرايمر، الطلاء الأساسي، الطلاء الشفاف، الأفران، الناقلات، أنظمة الفحص، المرافق، وأنظمة التخزين والاسترجاع الآلي (ASRS)، مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة والبيئة. يعمل قائد الفريق كنقطة تصعيد فنية أولى بين الفنيين والهندسة والتشغيل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وتوزيع المهام والإشراف على الفنيين الكهربائيين والميكانيكيين وفنيي الأتمتة عبر المناوبات.
  • ضمان تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة بأمان وكفاءة وحسب الأولويات.
  • تدريب وتوجيه الفنيين لتحسين القدرات الفنية ومهارات حل المشكلات.
  • إدارة تسليم المناوبات وتوازن أعباء العمل والاستجابة للاستدعاءات.
  • تنسيق أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والتنبؤية لجميع أصول التجميع العام.
  • العمل كنقطة تصعيد أولى أثناء الأعطال الكبيرة وضمان التعافي السريع والمنظم.
  • ضمان التنسيق الفعال بين التخصصات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والأتمتة.
  • دعم أعمال التشغيل والترقيات والتعديلات على معدات التجميع العام.
  • تقديم دعم فني عملي للمشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والأتمتة المعقدة.
  • توجيه تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) وضمان اتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية ووقائية متينة.
  • دعم استكشاف الأعطال في الأنظمة التي تعمل بـ PLC، الروبوتات، الأفران، الناقلات، المرافق وأنظمة السلامة.
  • التحقق من استقرار النظام وجاهزية العملية قبل تسليم المعدات للإنتاج.
  • فرض الامتثال الصارم لإجراءات القفل/الوسم (LOTO)، معدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE)، السلامة الكهربائية، سلامة الآلات ومتطلبات المناطق الخطرة.
  • ضمان توافق أنشطة الصيانة مع معايير الشركة المصنعة (OEM)، وقواعد الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بالمنشأة، والالتزامات التنظيمية.
  • دعم عمليات التدقيق المتعلقة بأنظمة الجودة (ISO/QMS)، والصحة والسلامة والبيئة الداخلية، ومتطلبات العملاء.
  • ضمان تنفيذ خطط الصيانة الوقائية بنسبة امتثال عالية.
  • مراقبة اتجاهات الأعطال ومتوسط الوقت بين الأعطال (MTBF) ومتوسط وقت الإصلاح (MTTR) ومؤشرات وقت التوقف.
  • قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتحسين الموثوقية والتوافرية وقابلية الصيانة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات صيانة دقيقة وتقارير المناوبات وسجلات التصعيد.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج وهندسة العمليات والجودة والمرافق.
  • دعم مناقشات تخطيط الإنتاج وتحديد أولويات الصيانة والمشاركة في الاجتماعات التشغيلية اليومية وتتبع الإجراءات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو الأتمتة أو الميكاترونكس أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 6 سنوات في صيانة قطاع تصنيع السيارات أو بيئات دهان السيارات.
  • خبرة عملية في الصيانة الكهربائية والميكانيكية والأتمتة.
  • الاستعداد للعمل بالمناوبات وتقديم الدعم عند الاستدعاء حسب احتياجات الإنتاج.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة الأتمتة.
  • فهم أنظمة التجميع العام: الناقلات، الأفران، المضخات، المراوح، حجرات الرش، والمرافق.
  • فهم الأنظمة القائمة على PLC والروبوتات الصناعية ودوائر السلامة.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الميكانيكية والمخططات الكهربائية ومنطق التحكم.
  • الإلمام بأدوات الصيانة التنبؤية والمراقبة الشرطية.
  • قدرة مثبتة على قيادة فرق صيانة متعددة التخصصات.
  • مهارات قوية في اتخاذ القرارات أثناء الأعطال والمواقف الحرجة للإنتاج.
  • قدرة منظمة على حل المشكلات وتحليل السبب الجذري (RCA).
  • تواصل فعال مع الفرق الفنية وغير الفنية.
  • وعي عالٍ بالسلامة وعقلية مسؤولة.

Position Overview

Sr. Maintenance Technician in General Assembly is responsible for leading and coordinating electrical, mechanical, and automation maintenance technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all General Assembly equipment and systems. The role provides technical leadership across pre-treatment, E-coat, primer, basecoat, clearcoat, ovens, conveyors, inspection systems, utilities, and ASRS, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The Team Leader plays a key role in breakdown management, preventive maintenance execution, team development, and continuous improvement, acting as the first technical escalation point between technicians, engineering, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead, assign, and supervise electrical, mechanical, and automation technicians across shifts.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and as per priority.
  • Coach and mentor technicians to improve technical capability and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage shift handovers, workload balancing, and on-call response. Maintenance Execution & Coordination
  • Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across all GA assets.
  • Act as first escalation point during major breakdowns and ensure fast, structured recovery.
  • Ensure effective coordination between mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines.
  • Support commissioning, upgrades, and modifications of GA equipment. Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting
  • Provide hands-on technical support for complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
  • Guide root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure robust corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support troubleshooting of PLC-controlled systems, robots, ovens, conveyors, utilities, and safety systems.
  • Verify system stability and process readiness before equipment handover to production. Safety, Quality & Compliance
  • Enforce strict compliance with LOTO, PPE, electrical safety, machine safety, and hazardous-area requirements.
  • Ensure maintenance activities meet OEM standards, plant EHS rules, and regulatory obligations.
  • Support audits related to ISO/QMS internal EHS, and customer requirements. Planning, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure preventive maintenance plans are executed with high compliance.
  • Monitor breakdown trends, MTBF, MTTR, and downtime KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, availability, and maintainability.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, shift reports, and escalation logs. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and Facilities teams.
  • Support production planning discussions and maintenance prioritization. Participate in daily operational meetings and action tracking.

Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Understanding of General Assembly:
  • Conveyors, ovens, pumps, fans, booths, and utilities
  • PLC-based systems, industrial robots, and safety circuits
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and control logic.
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools and condition monitoring. Leadership & Soft Skills
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary maintenance teams.
  • Strong decision-making skills during breakdown and production-critical situations.
  • Structured problem-solving and RCA capability.
  • Effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
  • 5-6 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing or paint shop environments.
  • Hands-on experience across electrical, mechanical, and automation maintenance.
  • Willingness to work shifts and provide on-call support as per production needs
