نبذة عن الوظيفة
مشرف الأمن مسؤول عن الإشراف على العمليات الأمنية اليومية وقيادة موظفي الأمن في الخطوط الأمامية لضمان تقديم خدمات أمنية آمنة ومتوافقة في المناطق المحددة. يتبع المشرف مدير الأمن، ويوفر القيادة التشغيلية، ويضمن التنفيذ الفعال لإجراءات الأمن، ويدعم حماية الأشخاص والأصول والمرافق والعمليات التجارية. يعمل المشرف كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين قيادة الأمن وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين وفرق الأمن، مما يعزز التميز التشغيلي وإدارة الحوادث والالتزام المستمر بمعايير الأمن وأفضل الممارسات.
المهام والمسؤوليات

- تنفيذ أوامر المواقع وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية ومتطلبات التحكم في الدخول وإجراءات إدارة الزوار والتعليمات الأمنية الصادرة عن مدير الأمن.
- تأكيد الحضور وتغطية القوى العاملة وتسليم المناوبات وجاهزية الفريق في بداية ونهاية كل مناوبة.
- مراقبة أداء الأمن وإجراء تفتيشات المواقع والتحقق من نشاط الدوريات وتصحيح أي ثغرات في السلوك أو التوثيق أو الامتثال.
- قيادة الاستجابة الأولية للحوادث الأمنية والطوارئ وانتهاكات الدخول والنشاط المشبوه أو الاضطرابات التشغيلية ورفعها حسب الحاجة.
- إعداد التقارير الأمنية اليومية وملخصات الحوادث والملاحظات وتحديثات الحضور ومتابعة الإجراءات لمراجعة مدير الأمن.
- توجيه موظفي الأمن وتكليف المهام والتأكد من فهم التعليمات وتنفيذها باستمرار.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية والمقاولين والزوار وموردي الأمن الخارجيين لدعم العمليات الأمنية السلسة.
- دعم التحقيقات من خلال جمع البيانات والإفادات وسجلات الدخول والحقائق الأولية بطريقة مهنية وسرية.
- تحديد المخاطر التشغيلية وعدم الامتثال والمشكلات المتكررة وفرص التحسين، ثم التوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية لمدير الأمن.
- دعم التدريب والتوجيه العملي لموظفي الأمن الجدد والحاليين.
- أداء أي أنشطة ذات صلة بالوظيفة يطلبها أو يكلف بها المدير المباشر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس مع 2-4 سنوات من الخبرة في العمليات الأمنية في بيئات صناعية أو تصنيعية أو شركات أو مرافق واسعة النطاق، بما في ذلك المسؤوليات الإشرافية.
- يفضل خبرة في التحكم في الدخول وإدارة الزوار والدوريات والإبلاغ عن الحوادث والتنسيق مع مقاولي الأمن.
- يفضل شهادات في الأمن أو السلامة أو الاستجابة للطوارئ أو الإسعافات الأولية أو إدارة الأزمات.
- القدرة على العمل في المناوبات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية والتوفر للاحتياجات التشغيلية العاجلة حسب الحاجة.
- خلفية في الأمن المؤسسي أو العسكري أو إنفاذ القانون أو الأمن الصناعي تعتبر ميزة.

Position Overview
The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations and leading frontline security personnel to ensure the delivery of safe, secure, and compliant security services across assigned areas. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations and ensure effective deployment of security personnel across posts, gates, patrols, reception, and other assigned areas.
- Implement post orders, SOPs, access control requirements, visitor management procedures, and security instructions issued by the Security Manager.
- Confirm attendance, manpower coverage, shift handover, and readiness of the team at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Monitor security performance, conduct post inspections, verify patrol activity, and correct any gaps in behavior, documentation, or compliance.
- Lead the initial response to security incidents, emergencies, access violations, suspicious activity, or operational disruptions, and escalate as required.
- Prepare daily security reports, incident summaries, observations, attendance updates, and action tracking for Security Manager review.
- Guide Security personnel, assign tasks, and ensure instructions are understood and followed consistently.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, visitors, and external security vendors to support smooth security operations.
- Support investigations by collecting statements, access records, and preliminary facts in a professional and confidential manner.
- Identify operational risks, non-compliance, repeated issues, and improvement opportunities, then recommend corrective actions to the Security Manager.
- Support training, coaching, and on-the-job guidance for new or existing security personnel.
- Perform any job-related activities as requested or assigned by the immediate manager.
- Strong leadership, supervision, and security team coordination skills.
- Solid understanding of physical security operations, access control, patrolling, visitor management, and incident response.
- Ability to apply SOPs, post orders, escalation procedures, and operational instructions consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and professional updates to management and stakeholders.
- Good judgment, discipline, and decision-making under pressure during incidents or emergencies.
- Ability to prepare clear daily reports, incident reports, handover notes, and compliance observations.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, emotional control, and accountability.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, resolve Security issues, and coordinate coverage in a dynamic operational environment.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and basic use of security systems or reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience in security operations within industrial, manufacturing, corporate, or large-scale facility environments, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience with access control, visitor management, patrolling, incident reporting, and security contractor coordination is preferred.
- Security, safety, emergency response, first aid, or crisis management certifications are preferred.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and be available for urgent operational requirements as needed.
- Background in corporate security, military, law enforcement, or industrial security is an advantage.
