تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن توفر وظيفة Communications Manager في الرياض، السعودية، بهدف إدارة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الاتصالات والعلاقات العامة عبر القنوات الداخلية والخارجية والتنفيذية والإعلامية، وحماية سمعة الشركة وتعزيزها.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول عن إدارة وتنفيذ أنشطة الاتصالات والعلاقات العامة عبر القنوات الداخلية والخارجية والتنفيذية والإعلامية. تشمل المهام تطوير محتوى اتصالي يدعم أولويات Lucid Motors Middle East، وحماية سمعة الشركة، وإدارة العلاقات مع الجهات المعنية ووسائل الإعلام، وتنفيذ أنشطة اتصالات متكاملة تغطي المبادرات التجارية الرئيسية، وإطلاق المنتجات، والخدمات، والشبكة، وتطوير الموارد البشرية، والتصميم والابتكار، والمناسبات المؤسسية. يتطلب الدور قدرة استثنائية على الكتابة وحكماً استراتيجياً قوياً وثقة في تقديم المشورة لكبار القادة في بيئة عالية السرعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التخطيط الاستراتيجي: تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات اتصالات وخطط علاقات عامة متكاملة تدعم الإعلانات المؤسسية الكبرى والنتائج المالية وإطلاق المنتجات والمبادرات الاستراتيجية والأولويات التجارية.
- إدارة الاتصالات: تطوير والإشراف على محتوى اتصالي عالي الجودة عبر القنوات الداخلية والخارجية والتنفيذية والرقمية، مع ضمان توافق الرسائل مع الاستراتيجية المؤسسية وتحديد العلامة التجارية.
- الاتصالات التنفيذية: كتابة الخطب التنفيذية والرسائل الإعلامية ووثائق الإحاطة والعروض التقديمية ومحتوى القيادة الفكرية لفريق القيادة التنفيذية.
- العلاقات الإعلامية: بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع وسائل الإعلام الدولية، وتحديد الفرص لتعزيز سمعة الشركة وصورتها المؤسسية.
- إدارة البرامج والمشاريع: قيادة التخطيط والتنفيذ الاتصالي للمشاريع المعقدة وعالية المستوى والعابرة للوظائف، مع تنسيق أصحاب المصلحة المتعددين لضمان التنفيذ الناجح.
- اتصالات الأزمات: دعم إدارة الأزمات والقضايا من خلال تطوير البيانات التمهيدية والرسائل التنفيذية والردود الإعلامية أثناء الاضطرابات التشغيلية والحوادث الكبرى.
- قياس الأداء: قياس فعالية الاتصالات وتحديد فرص التحسين المستمر لاستراتيجيات وقنوات الاتصال ومشاركة أصحاب المصلحة.
- إدارة عمليات الاتصالات: المشتريات، إعداد الميزانية، الشؤون القانونية، طلبات الخدمات والتلبية.

- المهارات الإدارية: إدارة أصحاب المصلحة وتقديم المشورة للقيادة العليا، إدارة المشاريع وتحديد الأولويات والتنسيق مع فريق الاتصالات في Lucid Motors HQ والتنسيق العابر للوظائف، إعداد الميزانية ودعم المشتريات وإدارة الموردين وعمليات الاتصالات، تنسيق الأزمات واتخاذ القرارات تحت الضغط وإدارة المخاطر، التعاون الجماعي وحل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل والتحسين المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الاتصالات أو العلاقات العامة أو التسويق أو تخصص ذي صلة. يُفضل وجود درجة الماجستير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في مجال الاتصالات المؤسسية أو العلاقات العامة أو في بيئة وكالة اتصالات. يُفضل خبرة في قطاع السيارات والتنقل.
- مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتحرير والتدقيق اللغوي، مع القدرة على إنتاج محتوى اتصالي عالي الجودة تحت الضغط.
- خبرة في تطوير المحتوى عبر القنوات الداخلية والخارجية والرقمية.
- خبرة في دعم العلاقات الإعلامية والاتصالات التنفيذية والمبادرات الاتصالية المؤسسية.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، مع القدرة على بناء العلاقات وتقديم المشورة الاتصالية عبر المؤسسة.
- تنظيم عالي واهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل والقدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة في بيئة سريعة الخطى.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and deliver integrated communications strategies and public relations plans supporting major corporate announcements, financial results, product launches, strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Communications Management: Develop and oversee high-quality communications and content across internal, external, executive and digital channels, ensuring messaging is aligned with corporate strategy and brand positioning.
- Executive Communications: Draft executive speeches, media messaging, briefing documents, presentations and thought leadership content for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with international media, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the Group's corporate reputation and profile.
- Programs and Projects Management: Lead communications planning and delivery for complex, high-profile and cross-functional projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Crises Communications: Support crisis and issues management by developing holding statements, executive messaging and media responses during operational disruptions and major incidents.
- Performance Measurement: Measure communications effectiveness and identify opportunities to continually improve communications strategies, channels and stakeholder engagement.
- Communications Operations Management: Procurement, budgeting, legal, services requests and fulfilment
- Technical Skills:
- Communications planning and development, message planning and editorial calendar management.
- Executive writing, speech writing, media briefing preparation, and content development.
- Media relations, press office operations, spokesperson support, and issues response.
- Digital communications, social media content planning, channel management, and performance reporting.
- Communications measurement, media monitoring, analytics, and reporting.
- Management Skills:
- Stakeholder management and senior leadership advisory.
- Project management, prioritization, coordination with Lucid Motors HQ communications team, and cross-functional coordination.
- Budgeting, procurement support, vendor management and communications operations.
- Crisis coordination, decision-making under pressure and risk management.
- Team collaboration, problem solving, attention to detail and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor of Business Administration in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline. Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a communications agency environment. Experience in automotive and mobility is advantageous.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce high-quality communications under pressure.
- Experience developing content across internal, external and digital communications channels.
- Experience supporting media relations, executive communications and corporate communications initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide communications advice across the business.
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
