يسر شركة LanceSoft Middle East الإعلان عن فرصة توظيف لمهندس NOC (مركز عمليات الشبكة) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل لدى أحد العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

مراقبة الشبكة ومعالجة الأحداث: مراقبة مسارات الإشارات (Signaling)، سلوك التوجيه (Routing)، تدفقات SIM، خطافات OSS، والتفاعلات عبر النواة (Cross‑core) التي تؤثر على خدمة الأقمار الصناعية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الاتصالات، علوم الحاسب، الإلكترونيات، أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
  • الشهادات في الشبكات (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS) أو عمليات الاتصالات تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في عمليات NOC، مراقبة الاتصالات، عمليات الأقمار الصناعية، أو دعم الشبكة الأساسية (Core‑Network).
  • خبرة في العمل مع تدفقات الإشارات، جداول التوجيه، مسارات المصادقة، أو عناصر النواة المتنقلة (Mobile‑Core).
  • خبرة عملية في عمليات NOC متعددة البائعين (Multi‑vendor)، سير العمل للحوادث، والتصعيد مع الشركاء.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم قوي للإشارات (مثل Diameter, SIP, NAS)، أساسيات التوجيه، وسلوك الشبكة الأساسية.
  • معرفة بتدفقات الاتصالات (تفعيل SIM، إجراءات التعلق (Attach)، التنقل (Mobility)، المصادقة).
  • خبرة في تحليل السجلات (Logs)، التتبعات (Traces)، جداول التوجيه، وربط الأحداث عبر عناصر الشبكة.
  • الإلمام بأدوات OSS/NMS، التنبيهات، مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)، لوحات المعلومات، ومنصات المراقبة.
  • فهم أساسي لمكونات شبكة الأقمار الصناعية، البوابات، أو تدفقات RAN‑Core الهجينة (ميزة إضافية).
  • خبرة عملية في Linux، البرمجة النصية الأساسية (Python/Bash)، وأدوات استكشاف الأخطاء.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية والقدرة على تشخيص المشكلات تحت ضغط الوقت.
  • تواصل ممتاز للتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية ومراكز NOC الشريكة.
  • اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل مع توثيق وتتبع منضبط.
  • قابلية التكيف مع جداول المناوبات وبيئات الحوادث سريعة الوتيرة.
  • عقلية جماعية مع ملكية قوية لحل الحوادث وجودة الخدمة.
  • إتقان أدوات NOC وOSS/NMS (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, SolarWinds أو ما يشابهها).
  • أدوات التسجيل (Elastic, Splunk, Kibana) وأدوات تحليل الحزم (Wireshark).
  • أدوات التذاكر/ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
  • أساسيات البرمجة النصية والأتمتة (Python, Bash).
  • معرفة قوية بـ Excel، لوحات المعلومات، وأدوات التوثيق.

Network Monitoring & Event Handling

  • Monitor signaling pathways, routing behavior, SIM flows, OSS hooks, and cross‑core interactions impacting satellite service.


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, or related technical field.
  • Certifications in networking (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS) or telecom operations are advantageous.
  • Experience
  • 2-5 years in NOC operations, telecom monitoring, satellite operations, or core‑network support.
  • Experience working with signaling flows, routing tables, authentication paths, or mobile‑core elements.
  • Hands‑on exposure to multi‑vendor NOC operations, incident workflows, and partner escalations.


Required Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of signaling (e.g., Diameter, SIP, NAS), routing fundamentals, and core‑network behavior.
  • Knowledge of telecom connectivity flows (SIM activation, attach procedures, mobility, authentication).
  • Experience analyzing logs, traces, routing tables, and event correlations across network elements.
  • Familiarity with OSS/NMS tools, alarms, KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring platforms.
  • Basic understanding of satellite network components, gateways, or hybrid RAN‑core flows is a plus.
  • Hands‑on with Linux, basic scripting (Python/Bash), and troubleshooting tools.


Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose issues under time pressure.
  • Excellent communication for coordination with internal teams and partner NOCs.
  • High attention to detail with disciplined documentation and tracking.
  • Adaptability to shift‑based schedules and fast‑paced incident environments.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with strong ownership of incident resolution and service quality.


Technology Proficiency

  • NOC and OSS/NMS tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, SolarWinds, or similar).
  • Logging tools (Elastic, Splunk, Kibana) and packet analysis tools (Wireshark).
  • Ticketing/ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
  • Basic scripting and automation familiarity (Python, Bash).
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, dashboards, and documentation tools.
