تعلن شركة Kerry، الشركة الرائدة عالمياً في مجال التذوق والتغذية لصناعات الأغذية والمشروبات والأدوية، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب EHS Officer (مسؤول الصحة والسلامة والبيئة) في مدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، للسعوديين فقط.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية تحديد ومراقبة مخاطر الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في مكان العمل، مع ضمان الامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية ومعايير الشركة. كما يقود مبادرات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة من خلال العمليات اليومية والتدريب والتحسين المستمر لتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة ومستدامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعرف على المخاطر المهنية والأثر البيئي وضبطها، والتواصل مع الموظفين والإدارة، ومعالجة قضايا الصحة والسلامة والبيئة يومياً، وحضور اجتماع العمليات اليومية واتخاذ إجراءات فورية.
- دعم وتوجيه لجنة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الأنشطة والتفتيش اليومي والشهري.
- ضمان الامتثال للجهات المختصة من خلال تطوير وتنفيذ برامج وسياسات وأنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- ضمان تصحيح وإغلاق جميع النتائج والقضايا المتعلقة بـ ISO14001 و OHSAS 18001 (بما في ذلك قضايا Kerry RSA).
- توجيه وتعزيز أداء العمل الآمن، والعمل كمرجع داخلي من خلال تقديم برامج تدريبية ضرورية لزيادة الوعي والمعرفة بالسلامة بين جميع الموظفين.
- نقل معلومات الصحة والسلامة إلى المؤسسة، وإجراء التدريب التعريفي بالسلامة للموظفين الجدد والمقاولين والزوار.
- تقييم ومراقبة مخاطر مكان العمل من خلال إجراء تقييم المخاطر وتقييم الأثر البيئي.
- تقديم التقرير الشهري للصحة والسلامة والبيئة، والمراقبة البيئية، وإدارة النفايات، وتقرير البصمة الكربونية (ENVIROS SKM).
- ضمان تحديث صيانة جميع معدات السلامة مثل نظام الإطفاء، ومعايرة كاشف الغاز، وجهاز التنفس SCBA، وغيرها.
- تفسير المعايير، وإرشاد الإدارة بشأن الإجراءات المطلوبة، وفرض الامتثال للوائح (مثل OSHA 1994، EQA و FMA)، والحفاظ على معايير Kerry المؤسسية (معيار RSA).
- تنفيذ خطة العمل السنوية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتقييم فعاليتها.
- تنسيق اجتماعات وأنشطة لجنة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة حسب متطلبات OSHA 1994.
- قيادة وتنسيق اجتماعات الفريق الأخضر بناءً على أهداف/قضايا DCF.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات ذات الصلة والجهات الحكومية في أي قضايا تتعلق بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين في الموقع.
- اقتراح المشتريات الداخلية المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- إدارة أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليفها من قبل المشرف المباشر أو الإدارة ذات الصلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل حصول المرشح على دبلوم أو درجة أعلى في الصحة والسلامة أو العلوم البيئية.
- يفضل خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في بيئة تصنيع، مع تفضيل الخلفية في قطاع الأغذية/الأدوية.
- معرفة مثبتة بقوانين OSHA 1994، EQA 1974 و FMA 1967.
- مسجل كمسؤول سلامة وصحة مهنية مع وجود Green Book ساري المفعول.
- شهادة الشخص المختص بإدارة النفايات المجدولة (ميزة إضافية).
- قدرات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والقدرة على إدارة المشاريع حتى إنجازها بنجاح.

Key responsibilities
- Recognizing and controlling occupational hazards, environment impact and interfacing with employees and management. Rectify HSE issues in day to day basis, attending the daily operation meeting and take immediate action of HSE issues.
- Support and guide the HSE Committee for daily and monthly activities and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with relevant authorities by developing and implementing HSE programs, policies and management systems.
- Ensure all findings & issue under ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 rectify, closed and effective. (This includes Kerry RSA issue).
- Guides and promotes safe work performance and act as internal reference by providing necessary training programs to increase safety awareness and knowledge among all employees.
- Communicating health and safety information to the organization. To conduct safety induction training to new employees, contractors and visitors.
- Evaluating and controlling workplace hazards by conducting risk assessment and environmental impact assessment.
- Submission of HSE monthly report, HSE monitoring, waste management, ENVIROS SKM (Carbon Foot Print).
- Ensure the update of maintenance for all safety equipment such as fire system, calibration of gas detector, SCBA etc.
- Interpreting standards, advising management on needed actions, enforcing adherence to regulations (e.g. OSHA 1994, EQA and FMA) and maintaining Kerry corporate standards (RSA Standard (HE/HPA)).
- Execute the HSE yearly Action Plan and evaluate the effectiveness.
- Coordinate the HSE Committee meeting, activities as required by OSHA 1994.
- Drive and coordinate the Green Team meeting base on DCF target/issue.
- Liaise with relevant department and related government body in any HSE issues.
- Liaise with contractor on-site.
- Propose internal HSE purchases.
- Manage other ad hoc task as request by superior/related department.
- Preferably a minimum Diploma or higher in Health & Safety or Environmental Sciences.
- Preferably a minimum of 5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment, with preference for Food / Pharma background.
- Proven knowledge in OSHA 1994, EQA 1974 & FMA 1967.
- Registered Safety & Health Officer with valid Green Book.
- Schedule Waste Competent Person (value added to this position).
- Strong project management abilities; ability to manage projects to successful completion.
