تعلن شركة Tetra Pak عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة لخبير محاسبة (Accounting Expert) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث سيعمل على توفير معلومات دقيقة للتقارير المالية وفهمٍ جيد للعمليات ضمن نطاق مسؤوليته.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن خبير محاسبة لتوفير معلومات دقيقة للتقارير المالية ولديه فهم جيد للعمليات ضمن مجال مسؤوليته. هذا المنصب في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء الأنشطة المحاسبية وفقاً للمبادئ والمعايير المحاسبية.
- جمع وتجميع والتحقق من المعلومات المالية وتحليلها، وإعداد التقارير المالية والكشوف المحاسبية، وإعداد المعلومات حسب الطلب.
- تسوية الحسابات، وترحيل القيود اليومية في نظام SAP، والحفاظ على دفتر أستاذ عام كامل ودقيق وفقاً للمبادئ المحاسبية وجداول التقارير.
- تقديم المشورة المحاسبية الفنية ضمن مجال الخبرة لمديري المناطق الوظيفية أو التشغيلية.
- قيادة تحسين العمليات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية الوظيفية.
- إجراء مناقشات مستقلة حول القضايا القياسية مع الجهات المعنية الخارجية/الداخلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية مكتملة في المالية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المالية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات جيدة في استخدام MS Office وخصوصاً Excel.
- خبرة في نظام SAP.
- معرفة عملية بضريبة القيمة المضافة والزكاة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- مهارات جيدة في إدارة البيانات باستخدام Excel.
- إجادة اللغة العربية (يُفضّل).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.

Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounting Expert to provide accurate information for financial reporting and have good understanding of processes within own area of responsibility.
This vacacancy is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
What You Will Do
- Perform accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards.
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements, prepare adhoc information.
- Reconcile accounts, post journal entries in SAP, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules.
- Provide technical accounting advice within area of expertise to functional or operational areas managers.
- Drive process improvements and functional KPIs.
- Independently take discussions about standard issues with external/internal stakeholders
We believe you have
- Completed degree in Finance
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially in excel
- SAP experience
- KSA Tax/zakat working knowledge
- Good command in Excel/data management
- Preferably Arabic speaking
- Able to meet deadlines
- Good working knowledge of English
- Team player
