تعلن شركة Tetra Pak عن توفر وظيفة فني صيانة وردية (أتمتة) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل على صيانة المعدات بما في ذلك صيانة الأعطال.
- الحفاظ على تشغيل الماكينات وفقاً لسجلات AM/PM وضمان عمل المعدات بشكل صحيح خلال الوردية، وتصحيح أي انحرافات في حالة الأعطال.
- تنفيذ الأنشطة الوقائية والتصحيحية على المعدات وفقاً لخطط الصيانة تحت إشراف مهندس الصيانة.
- اتباع قواعد السلامة الإنتاجية والعمل وفقاً للإجراءات والمعايير الحالية.
- استلام وفرز قطع الغيار والمواد الاستهلاكية وفقاً لـ SOP ومعايير 5S.
- المشاركة في الصيانة الوقائية الدورية.
- الحفاظ على طلبات MDM وتحديث شجرة المعدات في SAP بناءً على الطلبات.
- الاستجابة للأعطال في الموقع لضمان سرعة الاستجابة وتقليل وقت توقف الماكينات.
- المشاركة كعضو في فرق تحسين الصيانة (Maintenance Improvement Teams).
- المشاركة في الصيانة الوقائية الدورية.
- تقليل الخسائر (التوقفات القصيرة / الأعطال) على الماكينات / المعدات، وتحقيق مستهدفات متوسط وقت التوقف.
- توجيه الزملاء في أعمال AM/PM وإزالة البطاقات الحمراء.
- الإبلاغ عن جميع الأنشطة في SAP (وحدة الصيانة) وحل المشكلات المبلغ عنها وفقاً للخطة.
- الحفاظ على مخزن قطع غيار الصيانة.
- تحقيق نسبة الامتثال لأنشطة الصيانة الوقائية القائمة على الوقت (TBM) والمستهدفات.
- تطبيق معايير 5S في جميع مناطق الصيانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم تقني في الهندسة / الصيانة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال الصيانة / قطع الغيار.
- معرفة أساسية بنظام SAP.
- مهارات WCM لتحليل الأعطال / الانحرافات.
- خبرة ومهارات في تحديد السبب الجذري وتطوير الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- معرفة تقنية بالماكينات والمعدات.
- يفضل معرفة بعمليات الإنتاج.

What You Will Do
- Follow production safety rules. Work according to existing Procedures/ Standards
- Receive and sort Spare Parts, Consumables/ Supplies as per SOP and 5S standards
- Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance
- Maintain MDM request. Base on Requests update Equipment tree in SAP
- Works according to existing procedures/ Standards and Maintenance process:
- Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring a rapid response and that plant equipment and machine breakdown time is minimised
- Participate as a member in Maintenance Impr teams
- Technical Diploma in Engineering/ Maintenance
- 3-5 years’ experience in Maintenance/Spare Parts.
- SAP basic knowledge
- WCM skills for breakdown/ Anomaly analysis
- Expereince and skills in identifying Root Cause and develop countermeasures to address Machine technical knowledge
- Production processe knowledge is preferred
- Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance
- Minimised losses (short stops/ breakdowns) on machine/ equipment, keep Mean Down Time Targets
- Guide colleagues with AM/ PM and removing red tags
- Reports all activities in SAP, Plant Maintenance Module and sloves all reported problem as per plan
- Maintains the Maintenance Spare parts store
- Achieve Preventive activities TBM (Time Based Maintenance) compliance ratio and targets
- 5S according to standard in all maintenance areas
