تعلن شركة The Brick، إحدى كبرى شركات بيع الأثاث المنزلي في كندا، عن حاجتها لتعيين مستشار مبيعات - فرانشايز (Sales Consultant - Franchise) في المنطقة الشرقية، الزغين، المملكة العربية السعودية.

يبحث The Brick عن أشخاص متحمسين يتمتعون بسلوك يركز على خدمة العملاء، ولديهم الرغبة في العمل ضمن فريق وتحقيق أهداف النمو الوظيفي. نحن نقدم أجراً مضموناً مع إمكانية دخل غير محدود في مواقع الامتياز التجاري (Franchise).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل مع الآخرين لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة والشخصية.
- مساعدة العملاء في مشترياتهم من خلال البيع القائم على بناء العلاقات.
- الإلمام بمنتجات وخدمات شركة The Brick.
- القدرة على بناء علاقة سريعة مع الآخرين مما يعزز النجاح في بيئة المبيعات بالعمولة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- أن لا يقل العمر عن 18 عاماً.
- القدرة على تعلم تطبيقات حاسوبية جديدة.
- المرونة في العمل بجميع الورديات المطلوبة، بما في ذلك فترات المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- قدرة مثبتة على تعدد المهام والتنظيم.

- Assist customers with their purchases through relationship selling
- Maintain knowledge of Brick products and services

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to learn new computer applications
- Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
