المهام والمسؤوليات
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء وتقديم الحلول بطريقة مهذبة ومهنية
- متابعة العملاء لتحديد ودعم احتياجاتهم
- تعزيز ولاء العملاء من خلال تقديم دعم استثنائي
- مراجعة ومتابعة تقارير الطلبات يومياً
- أخرى حسب التكليف
الشروط والمتطلبات
- تركيز قوي على خدمة العملاء
- روح فريق
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها
- مهارات اتصال استثنائية كتابية وشفوية
- قدرة مثبتة على تعدد المهام والحفاظ على التنظيم
- كفاءة في استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج Microsoft Office
- المرونة للعمل في جميع المناوبات بما في ذلك المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع حسب الحاجة

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
- Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
- Review and follow up on order reports on a daily basis
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong customer service focus
- Team oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
