Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and optimize production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee the manufacturing process of Power Transformers, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and industry standards.
• Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) requirements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10-15 years of production experience in a Power Transformer manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality standards.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Good command of English.
