نينجا (Ninja 🥷🏽) هي شركة متخصصة في قطاعي التجزئة والعمليات، وتُدير متاجر الظل (Dark Stores) وعمليات اللوجستيات. تبحث الآن عن City Manager - Dark Stores للعمل في عسير، أبها، السعودية. يتولى هذا الدور قيادة عمليات المتاجر الإقليمية مع تأثير مباشر على الأداء والمعايير والتنفيذ اليومي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحسين أداء متاجر الظل في المنطقة الجنوبية
  • الإشراف على جميع المتاجر داخل المنطقة وإدارتها
  • إدارة مدراء المتاجر التابعين لهذا الدور

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة في الإشراف على مدراء المتاجر أو مدراء المناطق
  • خبرة مثبتة في تحسين مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) التشغيلية عبر مواقع متعددة
  • خبرة عملية في أدوات تقارير مؤشرات الأداء وأنظمة إدارة المخزون ولوحات بيانات التنفيذ
  • خبرة في بيئات التنفيذ عالية الحجم وعمليات الفروع المتعددة السريعة
  • خبرة في التحكم بالمخزون وأداء التنفيذ والامتثال للعمليات
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية
  • أهلية العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية
  • يفضل: 6+ سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة عمليات متعددة المواقع في قطاع التجزئة أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG) أو متاجر الظل
  • يفضل: شهادة في إدارة الأعمال أو سلسلة التوريد أو العمليات أو مجال ذي صلة
  • يفضل: إجادة المحادثة باللغة العربية

Ninja is a retail and operations-focused company managing dark store and logistics operations. Working at the center of fast-moving store networks, the team is focused on building efficient, reliable operations that support strong fulfillment performance and consistent execution across every location.

This City Manager role is an opportunity to lead regional store operations with a direct impact on performance, standards, and day-to-day execution. You will oversee a network of dark stores, guide frontline leadership, and help ensure the region operates with consistency, accountability, and a strong focus on operational results.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize dark stores across the south region
  • Oversee and handle all stores within the region
  • Manage store supervisors reporting into the role


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Experience overseeing store supervisors or area managers
  • Proven experience improving operational KPIs across multiple store locations
  • Hands-on experience with KPI reporting tools, inventory management systems, and fulfillment dashboards
  • Background in high-volume fulfillment environments and fast-paced multi-branch operations
  • Experience with inventory control, fulfillment performance, and process compliance
  • Proficiency in English
  • Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience managing multi-site retail, FMCG, or dark store operations
  • Degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field
  • Conversational Arabic
