شركة Ninja 🥷🏽 نينجا تبحث عن Loss Prevention Executives للعمل في مكة وجدة، السعودية. سيتولى المرشح المسؤولية اليومية لمراقبة المتاجر ومراكز التوزيع لمنع الخسائر وضمان السلامة والإبلاغ عن الحوادث.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراقبة مقر المتجر ومركز التوزيع بنشاط من خلال الدوريات المنتظمة واستخدام الأدوات الأمنية مثل كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) لتحديد الأنشطة المشبوهة أو مخاطر السلامة.
  • ردع السرقة وانتهاكات السياسات من خلال تواجد أمني مرئي ومهني.
  • التأكد من أن جميع المعدات الأمنية، بما في ذلك الكاميرات وأجهزة الإنذار، تعمل بشكل صحيح والإبلاغ عن أي أعطال.
  • الاستجابة الفورية لأي حوادث أمنية أو سلامة، مثل السرقة أو الحوادث.
  • إعداد سجلات نشاط يومية وتقارير حوادث دقيقة وواضحة.
  • الحفاظ على الأدلة ومساعدة مدير SLP في التحقيقات الأولية عند الحاجة.
  • إجراء فحوصات دورية للتأكد من التزام الموظفين بسياسات الأمن والسلامة الخاصة بالشركة.
  • استخدام مهارات حفظ البيانات وتحليلها الأساسية للحفاظ على سجلات الفحوصات الأمنية والتدقيق والحوادث.
  • المساعدة في جرد المخزون الدوري والتدقيق التشغيلي للمساعدة في تحديد مصادر الانكماش.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في أي مجال ذي صلة.
  • 1-2 سنوات من الخبرة في العمليات الميدانية مثل التجزئة أو المستودعات أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو مجال مشابه.
  • النزاهة: يجب أن يكون شخصًا عالي النزاهة يتمتع بإحساس قوي بالأمانة والأخلاق المهنية.
  • المهارات التحليلية: يمتلك مهارات أساسية في حفظ البيانات وتحليلها ضرورية لمراقبة الأدوات الأمنية والحفاظ على السجلات وتحديد الأنماط البسيطة.
  • المهارات الملاحظة: اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل وقدرات ملاحظة قوية.
  • الاتصال: مهارات اتصال شفهية وكتابية جيدة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
  • اللياقة البدنية: يجب أن يكون لائقًا بدنيًا وقادرًا على الوقوف أو المشي لفترات طويلة.

The Executives - SLP (Security and Loss Prevention ) at Ninja are In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of our stores and distribution centers (DCs) to prevent loss, ensure safety, and report incidents. The ideal candidate is a professional with a high degree of integrity and hands-on operational experience, who is keen to build a career in security and loss prevention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively monitor store and DC premises through regular patrols and by using security tools like CCTV to identify suspicious activities or safety hazards
  • Deter theft and policy violations through a visible and professional security presence
  • Ensure all security equipment, including cameras and alarms, is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions
  • Respond promptly to any security or safety incidents, such as theft or accidents
  • Prepare clear and accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
  • Preserve evidence and assist the SLP Manager in preliminary investigations as needed
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure staff are complying with company security and safety policies
  • Use basic data keeping and analysis skills to maintain records of security checks, audits, and incidents
  • Assist in periodic inventory counts and operational audits to help identify sources of shrinkage


Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in on-ground operations, such as retail, warehousing, logistics, or a similar field
  • Integrity: Must be a person of high integrity with a strong sense of honesty and professional ethics
  • Analytical Skills: Possesses basic data keeping and analysis skills necessary to monitor security tools, maintain logs, and identify simple patterns
  • Observational Skills: Keen attention to detail and strong observational abilities
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
