انضم إلى فريق نينجا 🥷🏽 كعضو في عمليات الأرض في مدينة حائل. نحن نبحث عن شخص شغوف بالعمل الميداني لضمان سير العمليات اليومية بسلاسة، من خلال زيارة الفروع والإشراف على القباطنة والتأكد من تطبيق معايير التشغيل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • جدولة وإجراء زيارات يومية للمتاجر ونقاط التجميع لمراقبة أداء الفروع المرتبطة بالقباطنة.
  • تدريب القباطنة الجدد وفقاً لمعايير نينجا التشغيلية.
  • تفقد منطقة انتظار/عمل القباطنة بانتظام لضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة.
  • مراقبة وتحسين أداء القباطنة في مجالات مثل التسليم في الوقت المحدد، الالتزام بالزي الرسمي، تقديم النماذج بدقة، وتصعيد المشكلات للمشرفين الميدانيين.
  • تسجيل أداء القباطنة بناءً على إنجاز الرحلات اليومية وتتبع تحقيق أهداف التسليم، مع رفع تقارير عن المشكلات ومجالات التحسين للجهة المسؤولة.
  • رفع تقارير بجميع مشكلات القباطنة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
  • دبلوم أو شهادة في اللوجستيات، سلسلة التوريد، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
  • فهم أساسي لعمليات اللوجستيات والمناولة الأرضية.
  • خبرة في التنسيق مع السائقين/القباطنة وضمان الامتثال لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs).
  • معرفة ببروتوكولات السلامة والأمن في بيئة لوجستية أو طيران.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إلمام أساسي بالحاسوب وخبرة في استخدام Microsoft Office أو برامج لوجستية.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل وحل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى والتكيف مع الأولويات المتغيرة.

Join Our Team as a Ground Operations Team Member!

Are you passionate about fieldwork and ensuring smooth daily operations? We're looking for a Ground Operations Team Member to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you'll be out in the field, visiting branches, checking in on captains, and making sure all operational standards are being met. You'll play a key part in keeping everything running efficiently and ensuring top-quality performance across all locations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visited Stores & Schedule and conduct daily visits to monitor the performance of stores and collection points associated with captains
  • Captains Training & Ensure that newly onboarded captains are effectively trained in accordance with Ninja's operational standards
  • Captain Room Audit & Regularly inspect the captain waiting area/workspace to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Captain Performance and overall issues & Monitoring and improving captain performance with a focus on key operational areas such as on-time delivery, uniform compliance, accurate form submission, and proper issue escalation to ground supervisors. Ensuring captains meet delivery timelines, adhere to dress code standards, and follow reporting protocols is essential for maintaining service quality and operational efficiency
  • Ground Trips with captain & Record captain performance based on trip completion and track achievement of daily delivery goals, and to report issues, area of improvement of the delivery journey to the responsible party
  • Captains Overall Issues & Reporting all captains issues


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma or certification in logistics, supply chain, or related field (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of logistics and ground handling operations
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office or logistics software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in coordinating with drivers/captains and ensuring compliance with SOPs
  • Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a logistics or aviation environment
