We are looking for a skilled
Network & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure across HQ and dark store locations. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable LAN/WAN connectivity, secure VPN communications, CCTV surveillance systems, and physical access control solutions while maintaining high network availability, security, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure across HQ and all store locations.
- Manage routing, switching, VLANs, firewall policies, and network performance to ensure maximum uptime.
- Deploy, configure, and support site-to-site and remote VPN connectivity between stores and HQ.
- Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues while ensuring secure encrypted communications.
- Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV cameras, NVR systems, and remote surveillance platforms.
- Administer physical access control systems, including door controllers, access groups, and user permissions.
- Monitor network health and infrastructure performance using network monitoring tools.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, including network diagrams, IP address management, and configuration records.
- Collaborate with IT Support, Security, Facilities, and external contractors to deliver infrastructure projects and support business operations.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and infrastructure best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering within a multi-site environment.
- CCNA certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, and firewall administration.
- Hands-on experience with VPN technologies (IPSec and SSL VPN).
- Experience with IP surveillance systems such as Hikvision, Dahua, or Axis, including NVR administration.
- Knowledge of physical access control platforms such as HID Global, Suprema, or equivalent.
- Experience using network monitoring tools such as PRTG or Zabbix.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple locations and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to company sites as required
