نينجا تبحث عن مهندس شبكات وبنية تحتية لإدارة وصيانة البنية التحتية للشبكة في المقر الرئيسي ومتاجر التخزين المظلمة بمدينتي مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تكوين وصيانة وحل مشكلات البنية التحتية للشبكات المحلية والواسعة (LAN/WAN) في المقر الرئيسي وجميع المتاجر.
  • إدارة التوجيه (routing) والتبديل (switching) والشبكات المحلية الافتراضية (VLANs) وسياسات جدار الحماية وأداء الشبكة لضمان أقصى وقت تشغيل.
  • نشر وتكوين ودعم اتصالات VPN بين المتاجر والمقر الرئيسي (site-to-site وremote).
  • مراقبة وحل مشكلات اتصال الشبكة وضمان اتصالات آمنة ومشفرة.
  • تركيب وتكوين وصيانة كاميرات المراقبة IP وأنظمة NVR ومنصات المراقبة عن بُعد.
  • إدارة أنظمة التحكم في الدخول المادي، بما في ذلك وحدات التحكم بالأبواب ومجموعات الوصول وصلاحيات المستخدمين.
  • مراقبة صحة الشبكة وأداء البنية التحتية باستخدام أدوات مراقبة الشبكة.
  • الحفاظ على توثيق دقيق للشبكة يشمل المخططات وإدارة عناوين IP وسجلات التكوين.
  • التعاون مع فرق دعم تقنية المعلومات والأمن والمرافق والمقاولين الخارجيين لتنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية ودعم العمليات التجارية.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير أمن تقنية المعلومات وأفضل ممارسات البنية التحتية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الشبكات أو علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في هندسة الشبكات ضمن بيئة متعددة المواقع.
  • شهادة CCNA إلزامية.
  • الاستعداد للسفر إلى مواقع الشركة حسب الحاجة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة متعمقة بالتوجيه (routing) والتبديل (switching) والشبكات المحلية الافتراضية (VLANs) وبروتوكول TCP/IP وإدارة جدران الحماية.
  • خبرة عملية في تقنيات VPN (IPSec وSSL VPN).
  • خبرة في أنظمة المراقبة بالفيديو IP مثل Hikvision أو Dahua أو Axis، بما في ذلك إدارة NVR.
  • معرفة بمنصات التحكم في الدخول المادي مثل HID Global أو Suprema أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة في استخدام أدوات مراقبة الشبكة مثل PRTG أو Zabbix.
  • مهارات قوية في تحليل المشكلات وحلها واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على العمل عبر مواقع متعددة وفرق متعددة التخصصات.

We are looking for a skilled Network & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure across HQ and dark store locations. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable LAN/WAN connectivity, secure VPN communications, CCTV surveillance systems, and physical access control solutions while maintaining high network availability, security, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure across HQ and all store locations.
  • Manage routing, switching, VLANs, firewall policies, and network performance to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Deploy, configure, and support site-to-site and remote VPN connectivity between stores and HQ.
  • Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues while ensuring secure encrypted communications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV cameras, NVR systems, and remote surveillance platforms.
  • Administer physical access control systems, including door controllers, access groups, and user permissions.
  • Monitor network health and infrastructure performance using network monitoring tools.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation, including network diagrams, IP address management, and configuration records.
  • Collaborate with IT Support, Security, Facilities, and external contractors to deliver infrastructure projects and support business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and infrastructure best practices


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering within a multi-site environment.
  • CCNA certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, and firewall administration.
  • Hands-on experience with VPN technologies (IPSec and SSL VPN).
  • Experience with IP surveillance systems such as Hikvision, Dahua, or Axis, including NVR administration.
  • Knowledge of physical access control platforms such as HID Global, Suprema, or equivalent.
  • Experience using network monitoring tools such as PRTG or Zabbix.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple locations and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel to company sites as required
