Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen brand equity, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The role is responsible for managing integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, overseeing agency and stakeholder relationships, and delivering impactful brand initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition across all customer touchpoints.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing and branding campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across digital, retail, and offline channels.
- Manage the development, approval, and distribution of brand assets and marketing collateral.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and conduct regular brand audits.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, production partners, and external vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance, brand KPIs, and customer engagement metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Digital Marketing, PR, Commercial, Operations, and external stakeholders to deliver successful brand initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, approvals, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.
- Support strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and brand activation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, market research, and customer insights.
- Experience managing creative agencies, production vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and translating data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Professional certifications in Branding, Marketing, or Digital Marketing are considered an advantage
