نينجا (Ninja) تعلن عن وظيفة مدير منطقة للمتجر المظلم (Dark Store) في منطقة الجوف، حي المروج، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون هذا الدور ضمن المنطقة الشمالية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للأقسام المختلفة داخل المتجر المظلم مثل إدارة المخزون وتنفيذ الطلبات ومراقبة الجودة وخدمة العملاء.
  • ضمان تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية ومستويات اتفاقية الخدمة (SLAs) أو تجاوزها.
  • تحديد توقعات الأداء، وتقديم التدريب والتطوير، وإدارة احتياجات التوظيف للحفاظ على فريق متحفز وعالي الأداء.
  • تحليل العمليات التشغيلية باستمرار، وتحديد مجالات التحسين، وتنفيذ التغييرات لتعزيز الكفاءة والإنتاجية والجودة.
  • مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) والمقاييس التشغيلية لتقييم أداء الأقسام تحت الإشراف.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور إداري يقود عدة متاجر مظلمة، أو خبرة إدارية في التجارة الإلكترونية أو عمليات التجزئة الغذائية.
  • فهم قوي لعمليات المتجر المظلم بما في ذلك إدارة المخزون وتنفيذ الطلبات ومراقبة الجودة.
  • الإلمام باللوائح الصناعية ذات الصلة ومعايير الامتثال وبروتوكولات السلامة.
  • مهارات تواصل وتعامل مع الآخرين فعالة للتعاون مع فرق المتجر والمخزون وسلسلة التوريد وقادة العمليات.
  • أهليّة العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.

The Area Manager at Ninja is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of multiple departments or areas within a dark store environment. They play a critical role in managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient execution of operational activities to meet customer demands and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of various departments or areas within the dark store, such as inventory management, order fulfillment, quality control, and customer service
  • Ensure that operational goals, targets, and service level agreements are met or exceeded
  • Set performance expectations, provide coaching and development opportunities, and manage staffing needs to maintain a motivated and high-performing team
  • Continuously analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess the performance of departments or areas under supervision


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial role leading multiple dark stores, or managerial experience in e-commerce or grocery retail operations
  • Solid understanding of dark store operational processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with store teams, inventory teams, supply chain teams, and operations leaders
  • Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
