تعلن شركة Ninja 🥷🏽 نينجا عن توفر وظيفة مراقب مخزون (قطع غيار) في الرياض، السعودية. نحن نبحث عن مرشح ذو خبرة لإدارة والحفاظ على دقة المخزون لقطع غيار السيارات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمخزون لقطع غيار السيارات.
  • إجراء الجرد الدوري اليومي والأسبوعي والشهري والجرد الفعلي للمخزون.
  • التحقيق في تناقضات المخزون وحلها.
  • معالجة معاملات المخزون بدقة في نظام إدارة المستودعات (WMS).
  • مراقبة حركة المخزون وضمان دقته.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المستودعات والمشتريات والعمليات.
  • إعداد تقارير المخزون والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة التوريد، اللوجستيات، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مراقبة المخزون، ويفضل أن تكون في قطع غيار السيارات.
  • خبرة عملية في الجرد الدوري وتسوية المخزون.
  • خبرة في استخدام أنظمة إدارة المستودعات (WMS) أو أنظمة ERP.
  • معرفة قوية بعمليات المستودعات وإجراءات مراقبة المخزون.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to manage and maintain inventory accuracy for automotive spare parts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring stock accuracy and efficient warehouse operations.

Ey Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for automotive spare parts.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Process inventory transactions accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor stock movements and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, and Operations teams.
  • Generate inventory reports and recommend corrective actions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in automotive spare parts.
  • Hands-on experience with Cycle Counting and inventory reconciliation.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
