شركة ماجد الفطيم تبحث عن مساعد - أوتوكاد (Associate - AutoCAD) للعمل في قسم التجزئة بالمكتب الرئيسي في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى مساعد - أوتوكاد مسؤولية إعداد جميع الرسومات والنماذج والمخططات لدعم مقترحات البناء الجديد والتجديد والتعديل، دعماً لفريق تطوير الأعمال ومتطلبات التشغيل في ماجد الفطيم للتجزئة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء المسوحات الميدانية والقياسات باستخدام تقنيات مسح الأراضي لجمع بيانات الموقع والمباني والمرافق تمهيداً لتحميلها في مخرجات CAD المناسبة.
  • تحليل قوانين البناء واللوائح التنظيمية ومتطلبات المساحة والموقع بالإضافة إلى المستندات والتقارير الفنية الأخرى لتحديد أثرها على التصاميم المعمارية.
  • تشغيل معدات التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD) أو محطة الرسم التقليدية لإنتاج التصاميم والمخططات التنفيذية والمخططات البيانية والسجلات.
  • تخطيط وترتيب التصميمات الداخلية للمباني التجارية باستخدام معدات وبرامج التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD).
  • الحفاظ على التشغيل المستمر لجميع البرامج والأجهزة والملحقات والمواد الاستهلاكية المرتبطة بإنتاج بيانات CAD.
  • الاطلاع المستمر على مصادر المعلومات الفنية ذات الصلة ومعايير الرسم والمعدات والتقنيات وتطبيقات البرامج.
  • إعداد وتحديث والمحافظة على جميع إصدارات الرسومات وبروتوكول توثيق المستندات.
  • الحفاظ على نظام حفظ واسترجاع لجميع الرسومات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في العمارة أو التصميم الداخلي.
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات، مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في قطاع التجزئة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • تنظيم عالٍ مع قدرة قوية على تعدد المهام.
  • مهارات جيدة في إدارة الوقت.
  • مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات.
  • اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل.

JOB TITLE

Associate - AutoCAD | MAF Retail | Head Office KSA

Role Summary

The Associate - AutoCAD is responsible for preparing all sketches drawings and models to support new build, refurbishment and modification proposals supporting the Business Development team and MAF Retail operational requirements.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Carry out field surveys and measurements using Land surveying techniques to collect site, building and facility measurement data for upload into appropriate CAD outputs .
  • Analyse building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements as well as other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs .
  • Operate computer-aided drafting (CAD) equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records .
  • Lay-out and plan interior arrangements for commercial buildings using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software .
  • Maintain continuous operation of all software, hardware, peripherals and consumables associated with the production of CAD data .
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant technical information sources, drafting standards, equipment, techniques and software applications .
  • Prepare, update and maintain all drawing versions and document referencing protocol.
  • Maintain a filing and retrieval system for all drawings .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
  • 0-2 years' experience, 1+ years in retail .
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
  • Good time management skills .
  • Good problem solving skills .
  • High attention to detail .
